Popular actor, Arjun Kapoor and his girlfriend, Malaika Arora are the Tinseltown's most talked-about couples, and there is no second thought to it. Ever since making their relationship Insta official, the lovebirds do not hesitate to openly talk about each other. From sharing cutesy selfies with one another to dropping appreciation posts and sweet videos, the couple dish out major relationship goals on the Instagram and their fans swoon over them.
As they are dating since 2019, they are often subjected to wedding rumours. Recently, a few media reports had hinted at their December 2022 wedding. Now, the Gunday actor shared a witty reply quashing marriage rumours with Malaika. For those living under the rock, the Chaiyya Chaiyya actress was married to Salman Khan's brother, Arbaaz Khan for 19 years. However, due to certain differences, the duo had called it quits in the year 2017. Together they have a child named, Arhaan Khan, who is currently studying in New York.

A few hours ago, Arjun Kapoor took to his Instagram stories and shared a witty post quashing his wedding rumours. The reports had suggested that Arjun and Malaika’s December 2022 wedding would be a low-key affair, and the couple would only include family and close ones in the guest list. However, Arjun’s recent reaction to the hearsay seemed like the reports were nothing more than speculations. Sharing a witty reply in his IG story, Arjun wrote:
“Love how everyone seems to know more about my life than I do.”
Earlier, in a candid conversation with Janice Sequeria in the show, The Social media Star, Arjun Kapoor had revealed the real reason behind embracing his romantic relationship with Malaika Arora in front of the world. He had mentioned that instead of keeping any relationship under the wraps, one should always accept the truth and respect their partner, otherwise there would be more room for speculation among the people. Arjun could be quoted as saying:
"I think where the personal life is concerned, instead of having speculation… what happens is that at one point, you realise that the more you let people speculate and write randomly or write without keeping certain emotions in mind, it makes the relationship or the feelings you have towards each other come across as frivolous. And if there is a quest to have a relationship, then it's better to just give it respect on your own by stepping out and saying, 'this is our boundary, and now we are together."

Arjun and Malaika are the most loved couples in B-town. However, their huge age gap and Malaika's past often raise eyebrows. In a conversation with Film Companion, Arjun was asked about his opinions on dating someone much older than him, who also has a child from her previous marriage. Answering this, Arjun had mentioned that every person has a past and he had also talked about always trying to maintain 'respectful boundaries'. Arjun could be quoted as saying:
"I don't try and be overly talkative about my personal life, because I feel you should respect your partner, and there is a past there... And I've been in that situation where I've seen things pan out publicly and it's not always very nice, because there are kids affected. I try and keep a respectful boundary. I do what she's comfortable with. And my career should not hinge on my relationship. So, you have to create boundaries. I talk about it today because there is a certain respect and regard given to the relationship. We have given it time. I have tried to give it a certain amount of dignity by giving it space, and not having it be in your face."
