For the unversed, Arslan and Sussanne's relationship drew media attention when Arslan had shared the first teaser of his show, Mai Hero Bol Raha Hu, Sussanne had dropped an adorable comment. Arslan had captioned his post as "Bambai me aaya ek dost, dost ko salaam thhoko! Kyunki, Mumbai will now be ruled by Nawab… Miliye apne hero se, jald hi… #MaiHeroBollRahaHu trailer out on 6th April. In an interview with the Bombay Times, Arslan recently opened up on his relationship with Sussanne. This year, Arslan was spotted at Sussanne's birthday bash in Goa. Talking about the same, he shared that Sussanne is his good friend and he had attended her birthday as a friend. He said:
"Social media banter is a regular thing. It was just a birthday get-together with friends. Everyone can attend their friends’ birthday parties, right? People will always speculate and we know how to deal with it… by not paying heed."
Arslan further shared how his friendship with Sussanne brewed. He revealed that they had met at a common friend's place and instantly connected. He stated:
"Sussanne and I are very good friends. I met her at a common friend’s house. We just hit it off instantly. We hang out together along with other friends. She is a very nice human being."
For those who don't know, it was in the year 2013 when Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan's personal lives had become the headlines of every newspaper and television because of their divorce. While people had passed different conjectures, the ex-couple had maintained the dignity of their relationship and had kept quiet. The ex-couple have, time and again, come together for their family events, and they are acing their roles of co-parenting their two boys.
