Arti Singh Reacts To Govinda's Wife Sunita Ending Rift With Krushna, 'Whatever Happened..'

Govinda's wife, Sunita Ahuja, a while back clarified that the family feud they had with their nephew, Krushna Abhishek, is now over after many years. Sunita shared that she forgot everything from the past and that Krushna Abhishek and Arti Singh are like her own kids. Now, Arti, who is the niece of Sunita and Krushna's sister, shared how she is so relieved and happy that her aunt, Sunita, has forgiven and forgotten everything.

For the unversed, for like seven years, Krushna Abhishek and Govinda had a public feud. Sunita Ahuja recently revealed of how Krushna and Govinda patched up and that all of them are cordial with each other again. She stated that she was not angry with them and prayed for the happiness of all. Arti, in a recent interview with the Hindustan Times, shared that she was happy, feeling loved, and she knew that the patch-up would happen. Arti shared:

"Yes I saw that interview. I was so happy! We were always her children, and deep down, I always knew she loved us. Whatever happened in these years, you would have never heard anything from my side. I am happy to hear what she said about Krushna, I really did want to hear it. They haven’t spoken or anything, but I am so relieved that she is not upset with him anymore."

Did Sunita Ahuja express forgiveness to Krushna Abhishek?

Sunita Ahuja had come on Paras Chhabra's podcast and shared of seeking forgiveness from the younger generation of her family. She shared that Krushna, along with Vinay and Dumpy, are like her own kids, just like her brother-in-law’s son. Sunita expressed of letting go of what took place in the past and shared:

"I’ve forgotten everything from the past. Now I just want all the children to laugh, play, and be happy. I bless everyone. How long can I be angry with my kids? Why hold grudges when everyone is happy in their own space? I only want to give blessings to all the kids; they are like my own."

Sunita, earlier in an interview with Pinkvilla, shared how Krushna Abhishek's mom, Padma Sharma, was the first person to know about her and Govinda's love story. Sunita shared that Krushna's mother was her favourite and knew about their affair. Sunita recollected:

"Krushna’s mom was my most favourite, and she was the one who actually knew about mine and Govinda’s affair, as I was introduced to her first. She was my favourite, and today, for Govinda’s success and everything, she deserves it all."

What had happened between Govinda and Krushna Abhishek?

The fight between Govinda and Krushna started off back in 2016 when Krushna cracked a joke on The Kapil Sharma show that made Govinda and Sunita very upset since it had emerged into a disagreement between Kashmera and also Sunita. The tension between the families reportedly lasted for like seven years. Govinda and Sunita Ahuja had cut off complete contact with Krushna Abhishek, his wife, Kashmera Shah, and the entire family. However, it was on the sets of The Great Indian Kapil Show back in 2024 that the couple got closure to one of the most talked-about Bollywood family conflicts.
