Popular Bollywood celeb-kid, Aryan Khan's alleged involvement in the Mumbai cruise rave party case has taken an unexpected twist. After reports of NCB's zonal director, Sameer Wankhede, allegedly involved in a bribery settlement of Rs. 25 crores, has surfaced in the media. Moreover, a witness in the case has reportedly accused Sameer and K P Gosavi of having Rs. 25 crores deal with a person named, Sam D'Souza.
The severe allegation against NCB's top cop, Sameer Wankhede, has sent shockwaves across the nation, and now an official statement from his department has been issued in his favour. Soon, Shiv Sena's political leader, Sanjay Raut, reacted to the reports and uploaded a video that is doing rounds on the internet. Along with the video, he wrote, "Witness in #AryanKhan case made to sign on blank paper by NCB is shocking. Also, there are reports that there was demand of huge money. CM UddhavThackeray said that these cases are made to defame Maharashtra. This seems to be coming true @Dwalsepatil Police should take suo moto cognizance @CMOMaharashtra."

A totally unexpected twist in the case of Aryan Khan has left everyone scratching their heads. Prabhakar Sail was the bodyguard of the absconding witness, KP Gosavi, and he has revealed that he had heard KP talking to someone and say that a sum of Rs. 8 crores will have to be provided to NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau) Zonal Director, Sameer Wankhede. Going further in his statement, Sail also added that he is scared, as he feared that the NCB would kill him after revealing this.
Not only this, Prabhakar Sail made a shocking revelation when he shared another strange activity done by NCB during the investigation process in Aryan Khan's case. Sail added that the NCB told him to sign on some blank sheets. He said:
"At around 1 am (on October 3, 2021) I received a call from K P Gosavi instructing me that I should sign as a pancha and called me to the NCB office. I reached there and Sameer Wankhede instructed the staff to take my signature and name. One Salerkar from NCB told me to sign on 10 blank papers."

Going further in his statement, Prabhakar Sail stated that after he had signed all the blank pages provided to him by the NCB. He and his boss, K P Gosavi, had come out of that office, and that's when he had heard KP talking to a person named Sam D'Souza about their 25-crore deal. He said:
"Till such time we reached Lower Parel K P Gosavi was talking to Sam on the phone and stated that you put a bomb of 25 crores and let's settle at 18 final because we have to give 8 crores to Sameer Wankhede."
After that Prabhakar Sail's statement against the NCB's zonal director, Sameer Wankhede was all over the headlines. Soon, an official statement from NCB's deputy general director, Mutha Jain, was issued in support of the officer, denying all the allegations of bribe against one of the most reputed officers of the NCB. An excerpt from his official statement can be read as:
"Here are certain vigilance-related allegations against certain persons in the affidavit which are based on overhearing by Mr. Prabhakar. Our Zonal Director, Mr. Sameer Wankhede has categorically denied these allegations. As some of the contents of the affidavit (by Prabhakar) relate to vigilance matters, I am hereby forwarding the affidavit to DG, NCB for further necessary action."

Aryan Khan is currently in judicial custody at Arthur Road Jail till October 30, 2021. However, after several bail rejections, his lawyers are reportedly inclined to move the case to the Bombay High Court.
