Bollywood superstar, Shah Rukh Khan's son, Aryan Khan, has become the talk of the town after he was arrested from a rave party on a cruise. The starkid is leading all the headlines with updates on the case. After being denied bail for the fourth time in the Mumbai drugs-on-cruise case, the 23-year-old star kid has to stay in jail till October 20, 2021.
As Aryan Khan is currently in Arthur jail, his parents, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan are devastated. According to India Today, a source had revealed that soon after Aryan was arrested, his father, Shah Rukh had started seeking legal advice and had reached out to several experts in the country. His advocate, Satish Maneshinde had been on his toes to get Aryan out of the jail as soon as possible.

According to the reports by ANI, on October 15, 2021, Aryan got a chance to talk to his parents, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan, on a video call. They had an elaborated chat about the condition of the prison where he was taken. Aryan spoke to them for almost ten minutes and broke down amid the conversation while Shah Rukh and Gauri tried to console him on the video call.
He was provided with a mobile phone by the jail authorities from which he had dialled his mother’s number. This supervised call was in line with a High Court order which states that the prisoners are allowed a video call with their families twice a week, as physical meetings are restricted due to the ongoing pandemic.

Earlier, on October 11, 2021, Aryan Khan had received a money order worth Rs. 4,500 from his home, which the star kid can use to order food and other items while his stay at the jail. Moreover, the Superintendent of the Arthur Road jail, Nitin Waychal, had remarked that Aryan is being given jail food; no home or outside food will be served to him until a court order is passed.
Shah Rukh Khan and his family are facing the toughest phase of their lives since the arrest of his son, Aryan Khan, in the drug case. For the unversed, on October 3, 2021, the Narcotics Control Bureau had arrested Aryan Khan in a drug-on-cruise case. The star’s son is currently in judicial custody, lodged at the Arthur Road jail in Mumbai. The court had denied his bail plea for the fourth time and has reserved its decision until October 20, 2021.

Aryan Khan has already spent twelve days in jail, and it has taken a toll on his health both physically and mentally. Unfortunately, with the festive season just around the corner, he has no other option than to stay in jail for five more days. He has now been designated as 'Undertrial Number N956' and shifted to a common cell at the Arthur Road Jail.
The NCB has alleged that Aryan consumed and possessed drugs and was in touch with "some persons abroad who appear to be a part of an International Drug Network for illicit procurement of drugs.” Apart from Aryan Khan, five others, who were arrested, are Munmum Dhamecha, Arbaaz Merchant, Ismeet Singh, Nupur Sarika, Mohak Jaswal, Gomit Chopra and Vikrant Chhoker.
The next bail hearing will take place on October 20, 2021.
