Ashneer Grover, the former MD of BharatPe, was one of the judges on the popular reality show, Shark Tank India Season 1. He was loved by millions for his non-biased opinions and interesting punch lines. Despite being a big name in the business circuit, Ashneer decided to quit the business reality show, leaving his massive fanbase heartbroken. However, time and again, Ashneer is discussed on the show, and he never misses a chance to hit back at the people who poke him.
In one of the recent episodes of Shark Tank India 3, a contestant named Pusarla Venkarj Suraj pitched his business idea for anger management, which was called The Rage Room. While delivering his pitch, Suraj asked, "Sharks aapko bhi aisa gussa aata hoga na?" Reacting to this, Anupam instantly joked and took an indirect dig at Ashneer Grover. Though Anupam didn't name anyone, it was evident that he was referring to Ashneer. He was heard saying:
"Jisko aata tha woh gaya."

There is no denying that Ashneer Grover never minces his words before expressing his thoughts. Recently, a fan shared a video on Twitter, also known as X, wherein Ashneer addressed the comment made by Anupam Mittal at an event. Giving a savage reply, Ashneer said that Anupam was ageing and added that the latter didn't say anything wrong. However, he also mentioned that the TRP of the show has decreased ever since he left the show and said:
"Mittal Sahab Ki na Umar hogayi hai...Dusra, gussa wala chala gaya. Ye toh fact hain na. Galat toh kuch nahi bola Mittal saab ne us tareeka se. Chala gaya… Tum sab toh thandi ho sab, garmi to hai ni tum me. Tabhhi toh pehle season ka TRP dekh lo aur second, third season ka TRP dekh lo. Sab pata lag jayega."
Ashneer further added that he would like to tell Anupam that the person who left the show in season 1 was GOAT. The businessman also mentioned that all the other Sharks have still been doing auditions and said:
"Aur Mittal saab ko ek cheez aur batana chahunga, bhaisahab, jo pehle season mein chala gaya wo tha GOAT, aur tum sab teesre season mein abhi bhi audition hi kar rahe ho Shark banne ke liye."

Earlier, in a conversation with Red FM, Ashneer Grover revealed the real reason behind his snub from the second season of Shark Tank India. Taking a dig at the makers of the show, the entrepreneur admitted that he didn't make the decision because they couldn't afford him financially. Instead, he mentioned that the makers of the show didn’t have the needed status to bring him on the show. In his words:
"Afford sirf paise se nahi hota, aukaat se hota hai."

In a candid conversation with Brut India, Ashneer Grover talked about his career and revealed that he worked at Kotak Bank for seven years and made some big deals worth crores there. However, when he was told that the company would transfer him to Mumbai, he decided to quit the job as he realised that he would manage to do something big on his own. Sharing that he wanted to get out from the comfort of a salaried job, he revealed that it became the mantra for his success as no one can do something massive by just doing a plush job.
