According to several reports, Asit Modi is married to a lady named, Neela Asit Modi. The information regarding the couple's wedding date isn't available in the public domain at the moment. However, as per some media reports, Asit and Neela Modi are parents of two kids, a daughter and a son.

Despite being a renowned producer in the Indian entertainment industry, Asit Kumarr Modi has also been a controversial figure. Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal, who plays the character of 'Roshan Kaur' in TMKOC, accused Asit Modi of sexual harassment, and payment of Rs. 4 lakhs is still reportedly pending from his side. Not only this, Neha Mehta accused him of delaying her payment worth Rs. 30 lakhs. Asit Modi reportedly had a strong tiff with Munmun Dutta over payment issues.

Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah producer, Asit Kumarr Modi and his team were accused of not letting Palak Sidhwani quit the show for medical reasons. Not only this, she also added that the show's makers threatened her to delete her social media handle. Another actress on the list who made severe allegations against the producer is Monika Bhadoriya, who shared how he mistreated him.

Monika Bhadoriya shared that Asit Modi mentally tortured her, and also, he didn't clear his dues worth Rs. 4 lakhs. However, all these rumours have been denied by Asit Modi time and again, and his wife, Neela Modi, continues to support him despite all these allegations.
