Atif Aslam is one of the few Pakistani singers, who has a massive fanbase in India. For decades, he has been ruling the hearts of people in both countries. Apart from his melodious voice, Atif is renowned for his magical vocal belting technique, which is among the most complex skills in singing, and if done wrong, it can damage the vocal cords.
It was the critically acclaimed filmmaker and producer, Mahesh Bhatt, who launched Atif Aslam in Bollywood by choosing him to sing the song, Woh Lamhe, for his film, Zeher. After the gigantic success of Woh Lamhe, Mahesh Bhatt gave him the song, Aadat from his film, Kalyug, that changed Atif Aslam's life once and for all. Both the songs, Woh Lamhe and Aadat, were released in 2005 and instantly put Atif's name on top of every producer and music director's list.

Since 2005, Atif Aslam has sung a series of hit songs in Bollywood and engraved his status as one of the most loved, admired, and celebrated singers in India's rich music history. Although each and every song of Atif has a separate fanbase but some of his tracks have been given the title of 'ultimate classics'.
Some of the notable songs in that list include Pehli Nazar Mein, Bakhuda Tumhi Ho, Dil Diyan Gallan, Tera Hone Laga, Main Rang Sharbaton Ka, Jeena Jeena, Tere Sang Yaara, Tu Jaane Na, Kuch Is Tarah, Hona Tha Pyar, Piya O Re Piya, and the list goes on.

It was almost seven years ago when the Bombay High Court banned Pakistani artists from working in India. Various renowned Pakistani singers and actors like Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Fawad Khan, Javed Bashir, and many others including Atif Aslam, went back to Pakistan. However, it was around December 2023 when the court lifted the ban, and now the makers of the upcoming film, Love Story of 90s have confirmed that Atif Aslam sang a song for them.
For the unversed, Love Story of 90s is a romantic film, which is directed by Amit Kasaria and will feature Adhyayan Suman and Miss Universe, Divita Rai in lead roles. As per the film distributors, Haresh Sangani and Dharmesh Sangani, it wasn't easy to convince Atif to sing a romantic song in their film, as the latter focuses a lot on the storyline before saying yes. However, after multiple discussions, Atif Aslam was convinced to mark his comeback in Bollywood with the film, Love Story of 90s. It's wonderful news for Atif's massive fanbase in India, and no wonder they'll be eager to witness his magical voice all over again.

Not everyone is aware of the lesser-known fact that Atif Aslam never took any formal music training, and everything that he learned was from listening to music and learning skills from here and there. There was a time when Atif Aslam used to sing in restaurants and cafes, as all he wanted was someone to listen to him.
Apart from singing in public places and participating in singing competitions at college, Atif worked on the basics and kept on improving his singing. After years of practice and hard work, as of now, Atif Aslam reportedly charges a mammoth sum of Rs. 2 crore for a single concert in countries like the USA. In Pakistan, he charges around Rs. 80 lakhs to Rs. 1 crore for a live performance.
The Pakistani singer, Atif Aslam is an avid car lover, and according to multiple media reports, Atif Aslam has a series of super-expensive cars parked inside his garage. As per a report in IWM Buzz, the list of swanky cars owned by Atif Aslam includes the likes of Rolls Royce Ghost (Rs. 8 crore), BMW 7-Series (Rs. 1.82 crore), Jaguar XF (Rs. 49 lakh), Mercedes Benz GLS 350 D (Rs. 88 lakh), Mahindra Thar (Rs. 13 lakh), and Mercedes S450 (Rs. 1.80 crore).

Atif Aslam is an extremely private person as he rarely shares pictures with his wife, Sara Bharwana and kids, Abdul Ahad, Aryaan Aslam, and Halima Atif Aslam. The singer believes in living a simple life far from the attention of the media glare.
Talking about his wealth, as per several media reports, Atif Aslam has an estimated net worth of Rs. 180 crore. Apart from charging crores for concerts to earning around Rs. 8-9 lakh per song and featuring in a series of commercials and brand projects, Atif Aslam's multiple income streams have been the reason behind his staggering net worth, which makes him one of the richest singers in Pakistan.
