Nagma Mirajkar And Awez Darbar Confirm Wedding Date To Salman Khan On 'BB 19' Grand Finale Show

Bigg Boss 19's grand finale took place on December 7, 2025. Former contestants from the show, Nagma Mirajkar and Awez Darbar, came on the sets of the finale and revealed to Salman Khan about their wedding date. They made the sweet announcement related to the same on the sets of the show and audiences cheered the loudest for them.

Nagma Mirajkar and Awez Darbar will tie the knot after Ramadan in 2026

Nagma Mirajkar's journey in the Bigg Boss 19 house was a short one, but it was fully memorable. She had to leave the house during a double eviction. Now, Nagma and Awez came on the finale sets of Bigg Boss 19 and revealed that they will get married after Ramadan. The festival in 2026 reportedly will take place between February 17, 2026, and March 19, 2026. Salman Khan cracked a sweet joke on the couple and said that their early eviction was like a blessing in disguise for the pair, as it gave them a lot of time to prepare for their wedding.

Nagma Mirajkar clarifies that her relationship with Awez Darbar had its highs and lows

Awez and Nagma's fans are very happy that the couple is tying the knot in 2026. However, Awez and Nagma's relationship was always in the public eye. This was because a lot of cheating allegations were made against Awez. Earlier, even Splitsvilla X5 ex-contestant, Shubhi Joshi, alleged that Awez cheated on Nagma with her. Baseer Ali and Amaal Mallik had also accused Awez of cheating allegations. Nagma reacting to the same shared:

"We had our ups and downs, but I always stood by the truth. People can judge us, but our bond is strong. If there was any doubt, I want to clarify that I never faced any betrayal. We support each other through everything. I believe the public will be the best judge. We wanted to clear misunderstandings and show that our relationship is real and strong. We made sure the game was played fairly, avoiding unnecessary gossip or scheming."

Nagma had earlier spoken about her marriage plans in the Bigg Boss 19 house. She shared seeing highs and lows with Awez, and still they have been together happily. Nagma had shared that her and Awez's families were happy that they had planned their future together. Bigg Boss 19 premiered on August 24, 2025, and Awez and Nagma were among the most talked-about contestants. Fondly called as Nawez, Nagma, speaking of her bond with Awez, had told News 18:

"I was in a zone of comfort. Having Awez with me in the house, I got little comfortable which I wouldn't have been normally. But I wouldn't say I was overshadowed. I would have still gone, even without him. We had our relationship challenges but standing together helped us.”

Nagma Mirajkar and Awez Darbar put their wedding on hold due to Bigg Boss 19

Awez's dad, veteran music composer Ismail Darbar, had told the publication that his son and Nagma were to marry in December 2025. However, due to Bigg Boss 19, they kept everything on hold, and December 26, 2025, was the wedding date. Ismail shared:

"Awez told me to at least speak to Nagma’s family for her hand in marriage. I personally went to Nagma’s house and finalised the wedding date. Her mother even served us delicious food, and we talked until midnight about the wedding plans and venue. Everything was set, but they made a big sacrifice for Bigg Boss 19 by putting their wedding on hold. Now I just pray they don’t come back fighting from the show."
