'Baalveer' Fame, Dev Joshi Shares Love-Filled Unseen Pics From His Engagement Ceremony With Aarti

Baalveer fans surely get nostalgic when they recall the fantasy show they grew up watching. An entire generation of kids grew up with 'Baalveer' essayed by Dev Joshi, and now they are excited as their childhood hero enters a new phase of his life. It was on January 21, 2025, that Dev took to his Instagram handle and first announced his engagement, and now he has shared some more pictures from the same. 

Dev Joshi shares never seen before pictures from his engagement 

Dev Joshi surprised his fans with his engagement to Aarti. The actor took to his Instagram handle on February 6, 2025, and shared some more love-filled images from his and Aarti's special day. In the shared pictures, Dev wore a powder blue button-up shirt with black formal pants, suspenders and a printed blue-beige tie. He completed his look with a smartwatch with white straps. His fiance, on the other hand, looked gorgeous in a pink floral saree, delicate gold jewellery and stacked bangles. She kept her make-up natural and opted for mostly rosy pink tones. She finished the look with a single red rose clipped to her hair behind her hair, adding more elegance to her look. 

In the first picture, the couple was seen wearing a garland made of pink and white roses as they cut into a two-tier cake that is decorated with roses and baby's breath. The next few pictures captured the couple with their friends and family. The last picture shows Dev on one knee as he offers a bouquet of roses to the love of his life. He shared the pictures with the caption:

"Some beautiful memories captured from the Engagement ceremony! Swipe till I get down on one knee!"

Fans were quick to comment on Dev Joshi's post as he shared his joyous moments. The comment section of the post was soon filled with heart emojis and texts of "Congratulations." A commenter wrote, "Such wonderful photos! Wishing Devaarti, and both families a lifetime of happiness." Another penned, "Very nice couple." 

Dev Joshi got engaged in Nepal

Dev Joshi announced his engagement on January 21, 2025. The actor tagged the location of his post as Nepal. The picture featured Dev in a white hoodie with a red muffler. While Aarti donned what looked like a teal shirt with a red shawl. They both bore rudraksha mala. Dev has been actively sharing glimpses from his engagement ceremony. The love-stuck actor seems happy as he prepares to enter the new phase of his life.

Dev Joshi started the wedding festivities with Kankotri Lekhan

Dev Joshi, on January 25, 2025, shared a video clip on his Instagram handle of his Kankotri Lekhan ceremony. For the unversed, Kankotri Lekhan or Lagan Lakhvanu is a Gurjrati tradition where the first family wedding invite is offered to God. Dev shared the video with the caption:

"The first step towards the big day! #DevAarti. With the blessings of all the elders and ancestors, we started our celebrations with Kankotri Lekhan (writing of first wedding invitation) to Ganesh Ji and our Home deities. Truly blessed and dil se thank you to everyone who was present and made this a memorable moment!"
