In February 2023, Bad Bunny and Kendall Jenner were spotted having a double date with Hailey and Justin Bieber, who are the supermodel's close friends. Following this appearance, the rapper made several hints about his relationship with Kendall, which wasn't confirmed at the time. Bad Bunny allegedly dissed Kendall's ex, Devin Booker, a Phoenix Suns player. The rapper also referred to Scorpio women in the song, and interestingly, that is Kendall Jenner's zodiac sign.

Bad Bunny and Kendall Jenner seemed to be joined at the hip as the duo was seen everywhere together. From Coachella to horse riding and more, they were spotted together many times. Fans even heard Kendall's voice in the background of an Instagram Story of the rapper. Kendall and Bad Bunny also attended the MET Gala 2023 after-party together. The speculated couple also attended the Lakers playoff game as they were seen sitting and chatting together. 

Despite these public appearances together, Bad Bunny and Kendall Jenner had still not made their relationship official. When asked about his closeness to the supermodel, Bad Bunny, in an interview with Vanity Fair, refused to clarify anything and said:

“There are people who say that artists have to put up with it. I don’t have to accept anything and everything because I wanted to be an artist. At the end of the day, you listen to me because you want to. I don’t force you to.”

Bad Bunny and Kendall Jenner continue to make public appearances without confirming the relationship. They also star in a romantic Gucci campaign together. However, in December 2023, People reported that the two have called it quits. Along with this, numerous reports also suggested that Kendall and her ex, Devin Booker were trying to 'restart' their relationship. None of the speculation was officially confirmed.

In 2024, Kendall and Bad Bunny reconcile with reports stating that the two are more serious about each other this time. Reportedly, the two had taken a short break. However, after getting together again, Kendall broke up with the rapper for the second time. InStyle reported that the reason for this split was that the supermodel wanted to be single for a while and didn't want to be tied down.
