Barbara Palvin Walks 2025 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show With A Broken Foot, Reveals Dylan Sprouse

Barbara Palvin is pushing through the pain for Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. The show held in New York City on October 15, 2025, marked another flawless walk for the model. However, did you know that behind that graceful walk and game face was a wincing pain that the model kept hidden?

Before the show, Barbara Palvin's loving husband, Dylan Sprouse, talked to PEOPLE on the red carpet and revealed that the model was working through an injury this season. Dylan showed up to support his loving wife and shared how, before the event, Barbara was practising her walk and had asked him not to look. He revealed that she looked great, and he tried being as supportive of her as he could and stated:

"It's very funny, she was practising her walk last night, but she told me I wasn't allowed to look because it'd embarrass her, so I was very supportive. I told her she looked great. And it was awesome, and she looked natural."

In the same conversation, Dylan Sprouse was asked what message he would like to send to his wife before the show. To which the actor shared, "I love you, baby. Break a leg tonight." However, it was then that he revealed that Barbara had actually broken her foot weeks before the show and would be walking on a half-healed foot. He was quoted as saying:

"She actually did break her foot four weeks ago, so that she will be walking on a half-healed foot tonight. So, I wish you luck. I love you. I know you are going to kill it."

In the same conversation, Dylan Sprouse was asked if he had a special something for his wife tonight. The actor shared that he was supporting his wife by wearing endometriosis awareness yellow ribbon pins. He called it his "subtle gift this year to her". For the unversed, it was in August 2025 that the Hungarian model and actress revealed that she had undergone surgery for endometriosis. In an Instagram video, Barbara had shared that she had been facing issues with her period for years.  

From fatigue, severe pain, heavy and irregular flow to sleepless nights on the bathroom floor, she shared that she thought this was just how it works for her. However, Barbara was 'advised to seek out an endometriosis specialist.' She shared how when she finally saw the specialist, she got surgery and can 'finally' have some comfort. She was quoted as saying:

"I thought if I had endometriosis, I would have known about it by now, but as it turns out, endometriosis can't be diagnosed with general examinations. [The surgery] helped me a lot, and I’m grateful I did it. Early diagnosis and treatment are very important to prevent long-term complications, and now I’m more mindful about my body to act fast if needed. I'm excited about this new chapter of my life and now ready to get back to work."
