'BB 19', Gaurav Khanna Clashes With Zeishan Quadri, Netizens Say, 'Sidharth Shukla Ki Copy..'

Hosted by Salman Khan, Bigg Boss 19 is back to dominate the small screens. The first telecast came on August 24, 2025, and the latest episodes have already filled viewers with excitement, as many interesting contestants from different industries and backgrounds have joined the show. Among them, a verbal fight between TV actor, Gaurav Khanna, and Bollywood screenwriter, Zeishan Quadri, has recently grabbed a lot of headlines with many viewers comparing the former with the late actor and Bigg Boss 13 winner, Sidharth Shukla. 

Gaurav Khanna and Zieshan Quadri clash over food 

In the Bigg Boss there is a limited amount of ration and most housemates have to adjust and share the food with each other. Due to this, food and rations become one of the most contentious topics around which almost all the fights within the house revolve. In this new season 19 of Bigg Boss as well, food sharing turned into a fight between Gaurav Khanna and other housemates, especially Zeishan Quadri. 

Zeishan accused Gaurav of taking more than 1 bowl of dal, which led to a shortage. Gaurav denied these accusations, which resulted in a verbal clash between the two. Many other gharwale sided with Zeishan and claimed that the actor had no concern for the other people living in the Bigg Boss house. However, Gaurav stood his ground against his competitors and ended the argument by challenging them to nominate him if they thought he had finished the food. 

Netizens compare Gaurav Khanna to Sidharth Shukla

Bigg Boss 13 winner Sidharth Shukla was often called the 'one man army' since he would clash alone with 8-10 housemates. Due to standing his ground unapologetically against a horde of competitors, Sidharth became one of the most unique contestants of Bigg Boss ever. After that season, many contestants have tried to follow the 'Sidharth Shukla-one man army' blueprint, however, they have been called out every time. In Bigg Boss 19, netizens have started comparing Gaurav with Sidharth Shukla since he has also been seen trying to be unapologetic with his attitude. However, many viewers are not happy with this similarity and are accusing Gaurav of copying the late actor. 

One netizen commented on X and said, "Attitude toh Shukla jaisa lag raha hai". A second X user stated, "Sidharth ki sasti copy - Gaurav bai". Another user also penned, "Bhai Siddharth Shukla ko copy to kar loge. Lekin ban nahi paaoge". A fourth commentator said, "Har season ka gizzke yahi dal, roti, anda blah blah.. Bore hai!! Ye sasta copy bann chodo, arrogant elitist vibes De raha hai". However, there were a few viewers who supported Gaurav and said, "Yeh sab Gaurav ke piche hi padh gye hain, unnecessarily mudda bna rhe." 

With Sidharth Shukla's dialogues and one-liners still fresh in the minds of Bigg Boss viewers, many strong contestants after his season, Bigg Boss 13, have been compared to the late actor.
