Bigg Boss OTT 3 has been dominating headlines ever since its premiere episode, and if someone from this year's contestants list is garnering much love and attention, it is Sana Sultan. Viewers are in love with Sana's personality and how she maintains her cool in the toughest situations. Recently, people have also sensed a chemistry between Sana and Sai Ketan Rao.
In a recently released promo from Jio Cinema, we saw Sai Ketan Rao sharing his vulnerability with Sana. He confessed to her that, in most cases, he is unable to express his feelings which is why people think that he is emotionless, but that is not the case.

Sai added that he likes to keep his feelings to himself, which he knows is a bad habit. Sana added that she felt bad when Sai refused to share his emotions with her. She further said that she didn't like his tone, but Sai assured her that he would keep this in mind to avoid future mishaps.
In a recent episode, Chandrika Dixit was seen experiencing pain in her left arm. Sai Ketan Rao, noticing her discomfort, kindly offered his help, even suggesting a massage. However, Chandrika, in a display of respect, declined his offer. Sai was heard saying:
"Massage chahiye toh deta hun main achhe se."

During a candid lunchtime conversation, Sana Makbul and Chandrika Dixit were seen enjoying a meal together. Chandrika shared the massage incident with the Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon actress, recounting how she had turned down Sai's offer for a massage. The Vada Pav Girl said:
"Sai keh raha hai, aao main massage de deta hun. Maine kaha nahi. Nahi lena mujhe. Tum deserve hi nahi karte wo cheez."
