The story of Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi revolves around 'Ram' a.k.a 'Satya' (played by Ravi Teja), a happily married man who gets into an extramarital affair with a woman named 'Manasa' (played by Ashika Ranganath). However, 'Ram' faces the consequences when his affair gets exposed in front of his wife, 'Balamani' (played by Dimple Hayati).
