Recently, Bharti took to her vlogs and reacted to the mean comments she receives for her weight.
In one of her vlogs, Bharti Singh recently reacted to the mean comments she faced due to her weight. The actress mentioned that whenever she posts some of her photos, people pen down mean comments on her and tag her as 'Panda' or as 'Gendi.' The actress stated that she finds these comments to be cute and added:

"Main jab koi sundar si photo daalti hoon toh mujhe comments aate hain 'Panda, Gendi', but I find them very cute."

In the same vlog, Bharti Singh mentioned that she doesn't actually care about these mean comments, and they don't affect her in any way. She said that she can easily understand the mindset of people who drop such comments. She added a pinch of humour in her reaction and said that these trolls have no places to go to or do anything in life, which leads them to drop meaningless comments. Bharti can be quoted as saying:
"I don’t care what people write and I’m unaffected by these comments. I can understand the mindset of people who are writing it because they are not able to go to Lokhandwala and we going places. They are not doing anything in life."
While being on Malaika Arora's show, Moving In With Malaika, Bharti Singh talked about getting trolled for her weight. The actress shared how people in the comment section body-shamed her when she posted the photos of her Roka ceremony with Haarsh Limbachiyaa. The actress said that people even called her haathi and Haarsh cheetah, rather than wishing them well on their new beginning.

Yet, in another interview, Bharti Singh stated that she takes these comments as lightly as she can. She said that even if someone calls her fat, she does not take it to her heart. The actress added that it was her choice to eat and gain weight, so why would she come up to defend herself? The comedian-host added that no one's mean comment can change the way she feels about herself.

Earlier, in May 2024, Bharti Singh was admitted to the hospital following a severe ache in her stomach. The comedian, later, in a vlog, added that she was suffering from pain and she thought it was due to gastric issues. Bharti said that it was much later that she came to know that the pain was caused by gallbladder stones.
