The renowned YouTuber, Bhuvan Bam is extremely popular for his official YT page, BB Ki Vines. Apart from running his YT channel, he is also a singer and songwriter. He has had several singles released, including Rahguzaar, Ajnabee, Safar, and Sang Hoon Tere. Furthermore, he showed his acting mettle in web series like Dhindora, Who’s Your Daddy, Plus Minus and Titu Talks. On the work front, Bhuvan was last seen in the series, Taaza Khabar, which has also emerged as one of the most popular shows in 2023. Recently, Bhuvan made a swanky purchase of a luxurious home. However, the price of the house made quite a few headlines. Now, the YouTuber finally reacted to it.
In a conversation with the Hindustan Times, Bhuvan Bam opened up about the reports which claimed that the new house he has bought costs Rs. 11 crores. The comedian-actor completely denied the claims and wondered how the news of his new house was leaked online. He revealed that very few people knew about his latest purchase. However, Bhuvan mentioned how the reports landed him in great trouble and said:
“Arre nahi, galat hai, Yes I have got a house, I don’t know how this news got out. I didn’t know. I was so scared because I had not told people in my family as well. They called me after the news got out. I am under fire right now, I don’t know what to tell them!”

Further, speaking about buying the house, Bhuvan shared that although he has bought a new house, its price isn't Rs. 11 crores. Moreover, he mentioned that he doesn't count on those things, and that has always been one of his needs to build a house on his own. The BB ki Vines star added:
“It is a good feeling. But materialistic things don’t excite me much now. A house is something I always wanted, to build a house on my own. It is a feeling I cannot put in words. It is something I want to live for the next one and a half years, I want to build it. I want to keep it as private as possible.”
As per a report from Moneycontrol, Bhuvan Bam bought a bungalow in South Delhi’s posh Greater Kailash area. For the 2,233 sq ft bungalow with a carpet area of 1,937 sq ft, he reportedly paid Rs. 77 lakh as stamp duty, which is priced at Rs. 11 crores. The reports suggested that the purchase was finalised in August 2023. The bungalow features a massive living room surrounded by four bedrooms and also has a designated kitchen with a dedicated dining area, a lush lawn and a spacious parking lot with well-equipped security services.

Talking about Bhuvan's personal life, he has been in a relationship with his ladylove, Arpita Bhattacharya, for over 16 years. The duo is school friends and have been with each other through thick and thin. In many of his interviews, Bhuvan has talked about his dedication and love, which gave pure couple goals. For the unversed, Bhuvan lost both his parents during the COVID-19 pandemic, and now he thinks of Arpita’s parents as his parents.
