Bigg Boss 19, hosted by Salman Khan, has garnered a lot of attention. Recently, an insider of the show shared a major update about a double eviction set to take place during the upcoming Weekend Ka Vaar. After Baseer Ali’s elimination, fans are again calling out the makers' decision as an unfair one. Amid all this drama, the grand finale date has been officially confirmed. Earlier, there were speculations that the show would get a four-week extension, but now the latest reports have put the rumours to rest.
According to an India Today report, the makers of Bigg Boss 19 have decided to stick with the initial decision to go off air. A source close to the production confirmed that there are no plans to extend the show. For the unversed, the show has a 15-week episode structure, and there will be no deviation. This major update comes amid speculation that the show will be extended, as TRPs are much higher due to intense drama inside the BB 19 house. The much-anticipated grand finale of Bigg Boss 19 is scheduled to premiere on December 7, 2025. The source was quoted as saying:
"There are absolutely no plans to extend the season."

Looking at the show, Bigg Boss 19, fans might speculate that music composer, Amaal Mallik, might be the winner of the show. Fans have a valid reason for this speculation, though. For those unaware, Gaurav is a TV actor, who is widely known for his roles, 'Senior Inspector Kavin' in CID and 'Anuj Kapadia' in Anupamaa. His role in Anupamaa helped him to win the Indian Telly Award for Best Actor (Editorial). He has also starred in Yeh Pyaar Na Hoga Kam and Prem Ya Paheli - Chandrakanta. Gaurav also emerged as the winner of the cooking reality show, Celebrity MasterChef India.

In fact, Gaurav’s statement in a recent episode gave a major hint about him winning the trophy of Bigg Boss 19. For the unversed, Farrhana Bhatt and Gaurav Khanna had a heated exchange during the recent captaincy task. While Farrhana questioned the actor’s popularity in the Indian TV industry, Gaurav called himself 'TV ka superstar'. He was quoted as saying:
