Bigg Boss 19 has been inching closer to the Grand Finale. Hence, there is a lot of anticipation among the viewers to see which of the contestants will lift the trophy. Amid this, the contestants are embroiled in a highly intense 'Ticket to Finale' task to secure their position in the last few weeks of the game. As per reports, the finalist of Bigg Boss 19 is none other than TV industry's favourite beta, Gaurav Khanna. 

Gaurav Khanna won the 'Ticket to Finale' task as per reports 

Bigg Boss 19 insider page, BiggBoss Tak shared the information that Gaurav Khanna has emerged as the first finalist of the show. He was the one to win the task. Initial reports stated that out of the remaining contestants in the house, Gaurav, Ashnoor Kaur, Farrhana Bhatt, and Pranit More emerged as the first contenders for the ticket. However, Gaurav was the one to clinch the final victory. Hence, this makes him safe from any nominations in the upcoming week. 

However, this information about Gaurav winning the task can only be confirmed officially once the episode is telecast. For now, as insider pages have been sharing this unverified information, Gaurav's fans are immensely elated. Even though the actor had really wanted to be the captain of the house, he had been unable to secure the position. Gaurav had managed to become the captain by nominating all the housemates, but his co-contestants had objected, and in a satta palat, he was ousted from the position in a few hours, and Shehbaz Badesha became the captain. Hence, Gaurav being the first finalist of the show seems like a fair turnout to his fans.

The highly anticipated grand finale of Bigg Boss 19 will air in a few weeks on December 7, 2025. You can watch the episode on JioHotstar at 9 p.m., and on ColorsTV at 10:30 p.m. Speculations are rife as to who would win the trophy. But before that, the intense 'Ticket to Finale' task will be played between the contestants to secure their position as the first finalist of Bigg Boss 19. 

Bigg Boss 19 top five contestants ranked by popularity ahead of Grand Finale

BiggBoss Tak shared the contestants' popularity ranking for Week 13. As per the post, Farrhana Bhatt is leading the charts with 3584 votes. Gaurav Khanna isn't far behind with 3195 votes. Meanwhile, Ashnoor Kaur took third place with 2016 votes. Amaal Mallik was ranked fourth with 1768 votes. Pranit More isn't far behind Amaal with 1698 votes. But what has surprised a lot of people is that Tanya Mittal did not make it to the top five of the charts. With 1156, the spiritual influencer is placed at sixth position, which is a shock.

Hence, looking at this list, it can be assumed that the fight for the trophy is primarily between Farrhana and Gaurav, and it will be a close call as to who comes out as the victor. But if reports are to be believed that Gaurav is the first finalist of the show, it will be interesting to see how the house's politics and dynamics change in the last few weeks leading up to the finale.
