Billie Eilish's relationship surfaced in March 2024. The two were seen out and about in New York City. The two were dressed in grey-hued t-shirts and were seen kissing as they sipped their champagne. They looked completely at ease in each other's presence.

Billie Eilish's first relationship was with Brandon Adams, whom she lovingly called 'Q'. She talked about the relationship in 2021 documentary on her life called Billie Eilish: The World’s a Little Blurry. In the documentary, their relationship started with lovey-dovey phase. However, it later soured when Billie felt a lack of effort. The singer said he did not get her anything for Valentine's Day and was also distant the day before. By the end of the film, the two had broken up.

Later, Billie Eilish fell in love with Matthew Tyler Vorce. However, they never confirmed their relationship while dating. But Matthew faced a lot of backlash for allegedly cheating on Billie.
