Bipasha Basu's daughter, Devi, is winning our hearts as she has already started learning spellings. The actress, whose IG feed was filled with gorgeous pictures of herself, is now cutely hijacked by her daughter, Devi. Recently, Bipasha posted a cute video, wherein she was interrupted by her daughter while she was busy working out. Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover embraced parenthood with the arrival of their first daughter in November 2022.
On February 28, 2023, Bipasha took to her Instagram handle and posted a video of her daughter, Devi. The actress was decked up in gymwear, and her daughter, Devi looked cute in a green-hued coord set. In the clip, Bipasha was busy exercising, her daughter, Devi was interrupting her and trying to read the letters on her mommy's yoga mat. Devi cutely spelling out her own name, and her mother laughed. Bipasha was heard saying, "Sab D-E-V-I'. Along with it, Bipasha wrote:
"Already trying to spell her name. Trying to read anything and everything. You see I have my own obstacle course during training."

When Bipasha's daughter, Devi turned 11-month-old, the actress shared an adorable glimpse of her daughter. In the photo, Bipasha was seen imitating her baby girl's favourite expression. The mommy-daughter duo was seen putting their hand over their head and they looked super cute. Along with it, Bipasha had written:
"Oh My God!!! Devi’s favourite expression these days.. learnt from her papa. And Oh My God!!!! Our Devi turns 11months old today. Time is flying soooo fast! And she is growing up to."
During a conversation with Neha Dhupia, Bipasha spoke about her journey in the first forty days after giving birth to Devi, when they got to know about two holes in her heart. She revealed that she was sleepless for the first forty days of Devi's birth. Out of 15 days, she was all alone with her as her husband, Karan Singh Grover, was away for a film shoot. Bipasha also revealed that she didn't let her family meet the baby.
Bipasha, who conceived Devi via IVF, revealed that her family thought she had gone weird after the birth of her baby girl, but she was protecting her. She was quoted as saying:
"First 40 days 40 nights, I didn't sleep for a second. It took me 40 days to process it, accept it, understand what is going on after giving birth. Out of those, 15 days Karan was not in the city with me because he had a film which he tried to back out from but he couldn't. I was alone, I didn't tell my family. She wasn't allowed to meet anyone with cold and cough, my whole family had viral at that time. I didn't let anyone meet Devi. Everyone thought why I had gone weird, but I was being fiercely protective about my daughter."
