Once again, the girl K-pop group, BLACKPINK’s member, Jennie, has gotten embroiled in a dating rumour. Previously it was speculated that the 28-year-old artist was dating the very popular singer, Kim Taehyung, aka V, of the K-pop group, BTS. Later on, it was also reported that Jennie and V broke up just before the latter went for his compulsory military enlistment.

New reports have emerged that Jennie Kim, aka Jennie, has moved on and found a new home for her heart. She is speculated to be dating a 4th generation K-pop idol, Lee Ju Yeon, popularly known as Juyeon, who is the main dancer of the group, The Boyz. The dating rumours went rife in the media when a post was uploaded on a Korean forum, Pann Nate, with the title “Jennie has been dating for a while.” In the post, the author provided some vague pieces of evidence, which pointed out that the duo must be dating.
On December 23, 2023, Juyeon uploaded a photo on his Instagram with Zion T's song, Snow playing in the background. After this, Jennie shared a cover of the same song on her YouTube channel a day after. Moreover, The Boyz’s member had also posted a picture of cats in a window, and the author of the post pointed out that both idols are fond of cats.
There were also pictures of Jennie and Juyeon together at a Daniel Caesar concert, where Jennie was a special guest, and Juyeon attended with his group members. Meanwhile, the author also found photos connecting the two idols' friend groups. Finally, the person linked Juyeon's birthday celebration, which was on January 15, 2024, to Jennie's birthday on January 16, 2024, suggesting that they might have a closer relationship than anyone ever thought.

As soon as the post was shared on the Korean forum, netizens took to the comment section of the post to share their two cents on the matter. Some found it amusing when they came across the post that claimed to have proof of Jennie and Juyeon dating. Others joked about the weak evidence presented. One user wrote, “Oh, I really don’t think anyone will believe it.” Another one said, “Isn’t it a bit harsh to have overlapping acquaintances?” A third comment can be read as “But isn't believing this a sign of retard...? On the work front, BLACKPINK’s Jennie has recently ventured into her solo journey and launched her own label called ODD ATELIER (OA). However, she has decided to continue her association with her current agency, YG Entertainment, for group activities with BLACKPINK.
