Blackpink is one of the most successful girl bands, not only in South Korea but in the entire world. The band was formed on August 8, 2016, and today marks its seventh anniversary. Blackpink is kown to rule the billboard charts, as well as the hearts of their fans. All the band members took to their social media platforms and expressed gratitude to all their fans for their immense love and support. However, it was Jisoo and Rose’s posts that caught our attention. The girls penned long heartfelt posts for their fans, and it's pure love.
For the unversed, Blackpink is a popular South Korean K-pop girl band, formed by a South Korean agency, YG Entertainment. The band features four leading members of the group who are: Rose, Jisoo, Lisa and Jennie Kim. The band is known for breaking one record after another with their fantastic music, and is the only K-pop band to have performed at the Coachella, music festival. Blackpink enjoys a massive fan following, and their fans are called ‘Blinks’.

Jisso took to her fan community platform, Weverse and posted a lengthy message for all the Blackpink fans, ‘blinks’. She even did a live broadcast on ‘Weverse’ to communicate with all her fans. Jisso thanked all her blinks for their love and support and told them that she derives her motivation to do well in life from them. She further revealed that the highlight of Blackpink’s tours is that they get to meet and connect with their blinks. Jisoo concluded her post by saying that she is glad that her fans understand and support her and that she loves them all. She further added:
“Thank you so much. BLINKs have made me stronger over these 7 years. I will be strong in the future as well. Let’s stay together forever. Let’s celebrate together. I love you all.”
To celebrate the 7th anniversary of her band, Blackpink, Rose took to her Instagram handle and thanked all her bandmates and fans. Rose called Blackpink a blessing, who allowed her to achieve everything in her life that she, as an artist, aspired for. She further expresses her gratitude to their opaa, Teddy Park, their agency, YG Entertainment, and everyone who believed in them. She further added:
“@blackpinkofficial is officially seven years old today.! And I am immensely proud of every single one of us. For making history. For always having so much fun and pride with what we do. Thank you to our blinks for trusting each and every one of us, all along.”

Jennie and Lisa took to their IG handles and posted cute pictures of the bandmates and cutesy captions for their blinks. Jennie posted a picture of the four and captioned it as ‘7 years with blackpink’. She added, ‘I love us, I love Blackpink, I love Blink’. Lisa too took to her Instagram account and posted four pictures of her with her bandmates, and added how much she loves her band members and all their fans. She further added:
“Happy 7th anniversary to me and my 3 amazing girls @blackpinkofficial 7 is one of my favorite numbers and I hope this year will be a lucky one for us.”
