Bobby Deol is one of the most talented actors in Bollywood. After making his debut with the movie, Barsaat, Bobby showed his charisma to the cine-lovers by doing several films such as Badal, Bichhoo, Ajnabee, and Humraaz, among others. Moreover, it's Bobby's recent comeback to the silver screen with the movie, Animal that left people go gaga with his exceptional acting skills. In the movie, Bobby is seen as a mute antagonist, 'Abrar Haque'.
Bobby Deol left everyone obsessed with Jamaal Jamaaloo, and he has been beaming with success with the recently released movie, Animal. Although Bobby had very limited screen time in the movie and had only 15 days of work, it left a huge impact on the audience. And recently, he recalled the day when Sandeep Reddy Vanga offered him the role. In a recent interview with Siddharth Kannan, Bobby Deol revealed how his role in the movie, Animal got into the list of Sandeep Vanga Reddy with the help of one of his photos. The actor said that back when he was playing in the Celebrity Cricket League, he didn't have much work. However, during that time, someone must have taken his photo and shown it to Sandeep.

Bobby revealed that after meeting Vanga for the first time, the director showed Bobby the photo. Bobby recalled how Vanga told him that he wants an identical brooding expression from the actor as it is in that photo. The actor also added that the lowest phase of his life turned out to be fruitful. Bobby said:
"When I was playing Celebrity Cricket League, I didn’t have a lot of work. At that time, someone must have clicked my photo. So, when I met Sandeep for the first time, he showed me that photo, which I still have on my phone. He said, ‘I want to cast you because of your expression in this photo. It’s amazing. Bikhari ke din kaam aa gaye."
Going further in the conversation, Bobby Deol added that while shooting for one of the most important scenes in Animal, everyone on the set, along with Vanga, showered him with praise and even clapped for his performance. Calling this moment unbelievable for him, Bobby shared:
"I still remember that day I was doing a shot, it was an important moment in the film and Sandeep and all the people who were shooting started clapping. I was like, ‘What’s happening?’ Then Sandeep came to me and said, ‘What an award-winning shot!’ I was like, ‘Am I really hearing this?’ It meant a lot to me.”
In an interview with PTI, Bobby Deol opened up about his short screen time in the movie, Animal. The actor revealed that he really wished he could get more scenes in the movie. Talking more about the same, Bobby said that he had only 15 days of work. The actor also called himself lucky for getting a film like Animal. He also added that he was sure that his role would be noticed, but he was not at all expecting this much love from the audience.

For the unversed, Animal will soon return with its sequel, Animal Park. Vanga had already provided his fans with a short clip wherein we could see Ranbir's double role as 'Aziz'. However, Bobby, in an interview with Pinkvilla, revealed that he had no idea about the same. He also shared that people on the sets were talking about a sequel version to come, but he had the slightest idea that the scene had been shot already.
