One of the most gifted actors in Bollywood, Bobby Deol, started his acting career in 1995 with the film, Barsaat . Throughout his three-decade career, Bobby has given his fans some blockbuster films. He was also given the title of 'Lord' because of his brief but significant performance in the film, Animal , which attracted a lot of attention and made his fans go crazy over his acting prowess. The actor's 30th anniversary in the industry will soon be celebrated. Despite having an impressive career, he has publicly admitted to feeling inadequate. It's interesting to note that he revealed that he maintains his soul alive by keeping a youthful, innocent perspective.
Bobby Deol started his career as a child artist in the movie, Dharam Veer (1977) along with his father, Dharmendra. He recently reflected on his long journey in the industry. Bobby mentioned that he occasionally feels as though he hasn't accomplished as much as he would have liked when he thinks about how many years he has been in the industry.

Bobby Deol shared with PTI that reflecting on the passage of years can sometimes lead to feelings of disappointment. This reflection may cause someone to feel as if they haven't achieved much over time. In his words:
"If you think about how many years you spent, then it kind of makes you feel, 'Oh, I haven't achieved anything in so many years'."

The 57-year-old actor expressed gratitude for his 30 years in the industry while remaining active. He shared that he often feels youthful at heart and remarked that he only realizes he's getting older when he sees his children. In his words:
"In my mind, I still think like a child. It's only when I see my kids I realize, Oh, I've become old."
In his quest to better himself and reach his objectives, Bobby Deol said it's simple to forget how many years have passed. Additionally, he pointed out that he perceives the South cinema business favourably and has been taking on more films there than in Bollywood. Bobby is thankful for the chances he has been given and looks forward to fascinating jobs in the future. In his words:
"I'm doing more films in the South industry than I am doing in my own industry, which is great. I have some great characters to look forward to... God has been kind."
Bobby Deol made headlines in 2023 when he co-starred with Ranbir Kapoor in the action-packed film, Animal . Bobby played the fearful silent villain, 'Abrar' in the movie. He received the Best Villain award at IIFA 2024 for the movie. With Suriya playing the lead in the Tamil movie, Kanguva , Bobby Deol is now ready to make his cinematic debut in South India. The film, which is directed by Siva, will be released worldwide on November 14, 2024.
