Paul Wesley and Ines De Ramon were first linked together in 2018 after they were spotted on a date. Paul then made it Insta official when he posted a photo of Ines in 2019. However, as per US Weekly, the two had secretly married a month before this post. Both of them then started wearing wedding bands after a few months, sparking wedding speculations. Paul's The Vampire Diaries co-star, Nina Dobrev, confirmed his married status in the Directionally Challenged podcast and said:

“We (Nina and Paul), like, we’re probably the closest. We hang out a lot. We're really good friends. I love his wife. It's so funny how time changes everything because I never thought he would be one of my best friends.”
