Before the pheras started, Aashima seated at the mandap read the agreement by Dhruv. She read:

"I, Dhruv Majhetia, undersigned groom, do hereby declare that should Aashima permit uninterrupted attention at all the future matches of Shri MS Dhoni and CSK and RCB. I shall willingly, joyfully, and without further negotiation take seven pheras with her. This contractual commitment becomes legally binding today on 2nd December 2025. Despite my friends filing emotional appeals. Any attempt by Aashima to revoke match travel permissions post marriage permission shall be treated as a breach of contract."

Dhruv had jokingly signed the contract, writing that he is a devoted Dhoni and CSK fan and that he was 'terrified' at the moment. Dhruv's bride, Aashima, was stunned to see the premarital agreement presented to her, which primarily revolved around Chennai Super Kings. It showed Dhruv's love for MS Dhoni. When Aashima was reading the premarital agreement, the crowd could not stop laughing.
