A wedding is a big step in a woman's life. She becomes a wife and pride in someone else's house. It's a huge responsibility, and before the bride can step into another world, she wants to look perfect from every angle. Nowadays, even though the brides are opting for different colours for their wedding ensembles, a few women still love to wear a laal shaadi ka joda.
The red colour, from time immemorial, holds special attention in Indian weddings. It adds value to the age-old customs and traditions. Trends may come and go but donning a red ensemble makes the bride look like an absolute royal princess at her wedding. The bride of the week, Shruti Bhura, had opted for a heavily embellished red-coloured regal lehenga and had stolen our hearts away.

The bride, Shruti Bhura, had worn the traditional red-coloured lehenga with a modern touch from the designer label, Rimple and Harpreet. The tulle and silk lehenga had featured vintage styled floral embroidery all over it, along with gota patti designs. It is also adorned with brocade fragments and zardozi patterns with pearls and stones, making the bride's wedding look elegant.
Shruti had paired her lehenga with a heavily embellished stone-studded choli which featured a scalloped hemline and plunging neckline. She completed her outfit with a dupatta adorned with a broad stone-studded border and unique golden thread work karigari all over it and had looked no less than magical.

The bride had chosen crystal embedded kundan jewellery set. She had completed her look with a polki choker attached with green drops, and a four-tiered kundan rani haar paired with a huge pendant. Along with this, she had worn a pair of long stunning chandbaalis, a sleek nath, chooda, statement rings, haath phool, and a pearl matha patti attached with a maang teeka.
Shruti's makeup artist, Shradha Luthra, had finished her look with glittery eyes and nude lips. The then bride had completed her bridal look with defined brows, kohled-winged eyes, thick lashes, blushed and highlighted cheeks, nude pinkish lip shade, and a small red bindi. She had tied her hair in a middle-parted neat bun.
On the other hand, the groom had complemented his then bride's wedding look. He had looked handsome in a white-coloured embroidered sherwani. He had paired it with a multi-tiered neckpiece, white-coloured pagdi and a doshala. Together, the couple had looked picture-perfect for the evening.
We loved Shruti's graceful look on her wedding day. What about you?
