American singer and pop sensation, Britney Spears and her longtime boyfriend and actor, Sam Asghari are officially married. The much-in-love couple said 'I do' in an intimate wedding ceremony in Los Angeles on June 9, 2022. As per a report in People, the wedding was attended by around 60 people that included Britney and Sam's respective family members, close friends and some of the biggest stars of the Hollywood industry like Madonna, Paris Hilton and more.
The couple looked stunning on their D-Day in their respective wedding ensembles. However, no doubt it was Britney Spears' stunning white gown from the house of Versace that stole the limelight, as she looked simply breathtaking on the day. However, another thing that caught everyone's attention was the fact that Britney's sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, from her first marriage with ex-husband, Kevin Federline were absent from their mother's big day. But as per reports, the kids and her ex-husband, Kevin aren't against Britney's decision to marry Sam Asghari.

On June 9, 2022, Britney Spears and Sam Asghari were all set to take the plunge in an intimate wedding setup. But hours before the start of their big day, it was Britney's ex-husband, Jason Alexander, who crashed into their wedding. Cameron Henderson, who was the Captain of the Ventura County Sheriff shared what had exactly happened in his conversation with the media. The Captain stated that his team had received a trespassing call around 2 p.m., and when they went out to investigate the situation, it was Britney's first husband, Jason.
For the uninitiated, Britney Spears had got married to her childhood friend, Jason Alexander back in 2014. However, the marriage had lasted only 55 hours before Britney and Jason had parted ways over some irreconcilable issues best known to them. The police had arrested him, and during a heated argument with the security forces, he stated that Britney was his 'only wife'. He also added that he had wanted to crash her wedding. He said:
"She's my first wife, my only wife. I'm her first husband. I'm here to crash the wedding."
For the unversed, Britney Spears and her husband, Sam Asghari had met for the first time on the sets of the former's music video, Slumber Party, back in 2016. After working together on the music video, Britney and Sam had reconnected five months after the end of their music video's shoot. After interacting with each other over some meetings, they had started feeling something for each other. Soon the two had decided to date each other, and the two had got engaged in September 2021.

To announce their engagement, Sam Asghari had shared a picture with his ladylove in which Britney Spears could be seen flaunting her engagement ring, and the picture was all over the internet within seconds. So now, after all these months, Britney and Sam are officially married, and their fans are on cloud nine at the moment, as they've waited for this moment for a very long time.
