Brittany Furlan's Lawyer Calls Her The 'Only Victim', After Ronnie Radke Files A Restraining Order

Internet personality and actress, Brittany Furlan, has been making headlines regarding an alleged catfishing scandal. The row began earlier in January 2026, following a series of Snapchat posts by the actress claiming that she was not catfished, and the social media accounts that lured her into a romance actually belonged to the Falling in Reverse frontman, Ronnie Radke. However, amid that, the latter has filed for a temporary restraining order against her.

The news broke on January 5, 2025 (ET), that Falling in Reverse frontman, Ronnie Radke, had filed for a temporary restraining order against Tommy Lee's wife, Brittany Furlan. The musician claimed that Brittany harassed him on social media, and her behaviour has escalated after he ignored her messages. According to documents obtained by TMZ, Ronnie alleges that Brittany drove to his house, sat outside, even followed him to a doctor's appointment, and waited outside, simply staring at him.

In a statement to Page Six, Brittany Furlan's lawyer further claimed that she was the one who was actually being harassed. The attorney shared that they have taken all legal measures against the lawsuit. The lawyer also requested that their client be protected from further threats by the petitioner. The statement could be read as:

"Ms. Furlan is offended to find out this petition was filed because the only victim of harassment is her. We will take all legal measures to defend against this frivolous lawsuit and request that Ms. Furlan be protected from further harassment and threats by the petitioner."

In May 2025, Brittany Furlan shared that she had been "catfished" on social media by someone she believed was Ronnie Radke. For the unversed, the actress was allegedly 'lured into a romance' while she was still married to Tommy Lee. However, she claimed that she told her husband "everything." It was during the first weekend of 2026 that TMZ reported that Brittany was revisiting the drama, sharing posts on her social media alleging that Ronnie was the one who really messaged her.

Brittany Furlan also accused Ronnie Radke of interacting with underage fans. In response, the Falling in Reverse frontman hit back at her claims on Instagram, accusing her of "stalking and harassment." He shared a video on his social media account captioned:

"Brittany Furlan may be now committing a crime."

However, during the This is the Worst podcast in June 2025, Brittany revealed that the incident had actually brought them closer. She even shared that she had been feeling extremely lonely and had even started texting ChatGPT to fill the void. She was quoted as saying:

"All of this happening has weirdly brought us together, which is really strange. I think we really faced like, 'Oh, what would life really be like without each other?' I was so lonely. I was messaging ChatGPT for affection. I'm like, 'It talks to you lovingly, and it says nice things to you, and it's sweet to you, and if it could kiss me I would let it.'"
