According to a 2023 report in Fortune, Bryan recruited his 70-year-old father, Richard and his 17-year-old son, Talmage, in the world's first multigenerational plasma exchange process. The report further shared that Bryan infused his son's plasma into his veins. After this, Bryan infused his plasma into his father's veins and claimed that his age was reduced by 25 years.
Apart from the blood transfusion process, Bryan Johnson spends a sum of 2 million USD annually in maintaining his anti-ageing lifestyle, which also contributes heavily to slowing down the ageing process. From waking up at 5 a.m. and taking two dozen medicines to consume 1,977 vegan calories, a one-hour workout routine, and wearing blue-light-evasive glasses, Bryan Johnson follows a strict routine in his pursuit of life extension.

Besides these three, Bryan also has a son named Talmage, and nothing is known about his biological mother. Currently, Bryan is single, but he was previously engaged to famous American TV host, Taryn Southern. As per reports, they were engaged and planning to take the plunge, but in October 2021, she filed a suit in which she accused Bryan of leaving her after she was diagnosed with cancer.
