The Camellias is synonymous with luxury in the Indian real estate sector. The ultra-luxurious societies developed by DLF have finally started receiving the recognition it deserves in the mainstream media. The aesthetically pleasing architecture of Camellias is the backbone of this billionaire boulevard. The residency comprises 16 towers, each ranging from 18 to 38 stories, which speaks volumes about its architecture. The crowning tower of the Camellias is truly the highlight of the entire society, standing tall at 156 metres into the air.
For the uninitiated, Camellias is the most expensive residential project by the real estate giant, DLF (Delhi Land and Finance). Gurugram is home to some of India's most exclusive societies, including M3M Golf Estate, SS Hibiscus, Elan The Presidential, The Arbour, Ambience Creations, Imperial Mansion, and many more. However, out of all these biggies of Gurugram's real estate, The Camellias stands tall above everyone else.
After the exceptional success of DLF's opulent societies, The Magnolias and The Aralias, the company dropped another super-luxury residential society in July 2013 and the rest is history. For the uninitiated, if we talk about the price of apartments in Camellias, it ranges from Rs. 30 crore to Rs. 100 crore and above. The monthly rent can go as low as Rs. 5-6 lakhs per month and rise to Rs. 20 lakhs and above.
DLF's The Camellias is home to many renowned Indian and foreign millionaires and billionaires. For instance, renowned business tycoons and industrialists such as Rishi Parti, Deep Kalra, Ashish Gurnani, Sanya Gurnani, Hemant Agarwal, Lokvir Kapoor, Vikram Chopra, Anita Lal, and many others are residing at the Camellias. However, today, we will disclose the names of the Shark Tank India judges living in Gurugram's The Camellias. So, without further ado, let's get started!
BharatPe's co-founder and Shark Tank India's former judge, Ashneer Grover and his wife, Madhuri Jain Grover, are among the most famous families who own an apartment in DLF's The Camellias. Currently, the exact amount isn't available in the public domain, but Lenskart's co-founder paid a stamp duty of Rs. 1.89 crores for the apartment, which is spread across 7361 sq ft. Peyush resides in Gurugram's most expensive society with his wife, Nidhi Mittal and their son, Ivaan.
The co-founder and CMO of boAt, Aman Gupta and his wife, Priya Dagar, also own an apartment in the Camellias. Renowned for his swanky lifestyle, no wonder Aman Gupta was mesmerised by the luxurious amenities and unparalleled services displayed in the Camellias.
Another Shark Tank India judge on the list is Ghazal Alagh, who is the co-founder of Honasa Consumer, which is Mamaearth's parent company. As per reports, Ghazal and her husband, Varun Alagh, reside in the Camellias and are reportedly close to their fellow Shark Tank India judges. The price tag of their luxurious property is currently under wraps.
