On July 22, 2023, Celina Jaitly hosted an 'Ask Me Anything' session on her Instagram handle. During the session, one of her fans asked her about her pregnancy and giving birth to twins twice. Answering the same, the actress dropped two beautiful throwback pictures of herself wherein she was seen flaunting her baby bump and penned a long note on her pregnancy. The actress revealed that she has a rare genetic condition because of which giving birth to twins or multiples is hereditary. In her words:
"Today I have been doing an "Ask me anything session" with my dearest Instagram community and this question from the_vishu.akash_sood was interesting and I thought many of you would like to know about this. He aks: Are you having twin babies through IVF or naturally. You second pregnancy also Twin. That's why.. ANSWER: So.. I have a rare genetic condition and in my case Non-identical (fraternal) twins or multiples tend to be hereditary."

Further, in her note, Celina mentioned that some people can give birth to multiple sets of twins as they inherit a gene, which releases more eggs during ovulation. Mentioning how this can be passed onto generations, the actress stated:
"Some people inherit a gene that causes more than one egg to be released during ovulation, increasing the likelihood of multiples being conceived. This can make for lots of twins down the generations!"
On July 19, 2023, Celina had taken to her IG handle and dropped a picture with her husband, Peter and her then-newborn son, Arthur. Along with it, she penned a note on how she dealt with the trauma of preterm birth and the loss of her baby. Talking about the same, she penned how her 2nd spontaneous pregnancy was bittersweet after she lost her son, Shamsher to a heart condition. Further, she mentioned that it took her 5 years to come to terms with the death of her then-newborn baby. Moreover, she also stated that premature babies are true survivors.

On July 17, 2023, Celina had dropped an old video and a portrait of herself from the Miss Universe pageant on her IG handle. In the video, the actress could be seen flaunting her curves in a saffron-hued sultry bikini. Sharing the photo, the actress penned a long note and talked about the early days of her career. She revealed that she entered the fashion industry when she was 15 years old, and it was not so easy for her in a 'not so open-minded Kolkata'. She went on to write how the pressure of studies and preparation for competitive exams made her entire teenage, a journey of hard work and toil.
