When Chahatt Khanna was married to Farhan Mirza, she had tattooed her husband's first name on her right arm. In July 2018, Chahatt had posted a picture with her daughters, Zoharr and Amaira with the ‘single mom’ hashtag in the caption, and since then, she has been grabbing a lot of headlines for her personal front. Sometime back, Chahatt had spoken about her depression, how she had battled with it and emerged as a warrior. Before we move on to the details on the same, first thing first.
Chahatt Khanna had flaunted her ex-husband, Farhan Mirza's name tattoo on her right arm even after their relationship had hit the rocks and they had washed their dirty linen in public. Finally, Chahatt has revamped the tattoo of her ex-husband's name into a lotus. Sharing the picture of her new tattoo, Chahatt wrote, "Wisdom. Old Tattoo Gone Finally!" atop her IG story.
When the reports of the trouble in Chahatt Khanna and Farhan Mirza's relationship had grabbed the headlines, the former had posted a picture of hers on which she was trolled for flaunting the tattoo of her ex-husband's name. An Insta user had commented on Chahatt’s post, “Nikal do yaar vo tatoo uss gande insan ki koi nishani nie chahiyea”. To which, Chahatt had given a sassy reply, “@arshiya8718 mind ur bussniess." On another picture which Chahatt Khanna had posted on her IG handle, where we could see her tattoo, an Insta user had asked her to remove it, “@chahattkhanna Q...... it's mean you still love this So far, do not you remove this tattoo from your arm.” To which, Chahatt had replied, “@perfect_imperfect_girl_609 it will always be with me as it a part of my life, ur past never leaves u, it defines u, it shows my honesty n commitment why should i take it off?”
Sometime back, Chahatt Khanna had deactivated her Instagram account and had lashed out on haters, who had slammed her for being a single mother. Hinting depression and hitting back at trolls, Chahatt had written, “Witches and bitches who can never get love, bf or family in life, forget about kids, they will never understand that kids a blessing and not a liability, or target to put a woman down.” In another Insta story, she had written, “No I am not running away, just that I’ll be busy with work, for a few days.”
Chahatt Khanna, in an interview with The Times of India, had confirmed her battle with depression and why she had deactivated her social media. She had said, "Had I known it (depression), toh bahut aasaan ho jaata, mere aur mere counsellor ke liye (it would have been easy for me and my counsellor) to rectify that point. We don’t know where it comes from, where it vanishes and goes back. I don’t know much about it. It’s just that I am dealing with it and coming out of it in a healthy and most challenging way. I just wanted to stay out of the whole fake world and do something real in my life. So, I thought, let’s take a break from people, social media and everything which glitters.
