Bigg Boss OTT 3 has been a hot topic of discussion among the viewers. Earlier, when the show began, the makers were questioned about the kind of participants they chose for the third season of Bigg Boss OTT. Among others, the Vada Pav Girl and Armaan Malik were heavily criticised for being a part of BB OTT 3. Later, Armaan and Vishal's slap row caused a new controversy inside the house. Amid this, Chandrika came in Kritika's support and nominated Vishal, and the latter reacted to the same.
Recently, a promo of Bigg Boss OTT 3's upcoming season was dropped, wherein the contestants were given a task to give their choice of co-participants medals for nomination. It was Vada Pav Girl, Chandrika Dixit Gera, who nominated Vishal. Sharing the reason behind the same, Chandrika stated that the only reason she has nominated Vishal is that he needs to learn how to respect girls. Chandrika said:

"Nominations ka kaaran sirf wohi girls ki izzat hai."

Vishal Pandey, on the other hand, nominated Chandrika Dixit Gera and asked her not to judge him for one mistake. He said that no one should judge the other based on one statement and only one mistake, and Chandrika should spend time with him and get to know him before judging his character. He said:
"Mere khayaal se kisi ke ek galti ya fir statement se uska poora character judge nahi hota mere saath waqt guzaro mere personality ko jaano."
Hearing this, Chandrika added that she had tried, but Vishal kept his distance. To this, Vishal asked Chandrika to "stay in control". Shivani Kumari then nominated Kritika Malik and shared that the reason for nomination is that the latter doesn't make her own decisions and solely depends on what her husband, Armaan Malik has to say. Kritika then mocked Shivani by saying, "Iski baat hoti hai nahi hoti poore time isse tain tain karna toh hai". Their conversation ended in a verbal argument and both of them asked each other to "shut up".

It all began when Vishal Pandey, in a conversation with Lovekesh Kataria added that he finds Kritika Malik pretty, and she looks beautiful even in no makeup. He also added that that he's guilty of something on the show. When Lovekesh insisted him to reveal, Vishal added that he thinks Kritika is so pretty but he is saying this in a good way. Later, when Kritika was working out, Vishal passed a remark and mentioned that Armaan is a lucky man.

Armaan Malik's first wife, Payal, who came as a guest on the show, slammed Vishal and mentioned that the content creator had wrong intentions towards Kritika, which Vishal denied and defended himself. Later, Armaan and Kritika slammed him as well, and in the middle, the YouTuber lost his cool and slapped Vishal.
