Charu Asopa made a huge name for her significant roles in television serials. However, the actress went through a lot in the city of dreams — Mumbai. From finding love in Sushmita Sen's brother, Rajeev Sen, to ugly marital fights, which ended in the duo's divorce, Charu' hbeen through a lot. While she has been through a lot, the biggest gift she got is her daughter, Ziana, and the actress wants to do everything best for her. Hence, she has shifted her base to her hometown to start a new chapter in her life.
Recently, in an interview with the Hindustan Times, Charu Asopa talked about shifting back to her hometown, Bikaner, Rajasthan. She revealed that it's been more than a month since she moved back to her parent's home with her daughter, Ziana. The former actress said:
"I have shifted to my hometown Bikaner, Rajasthan. I have left Mumbai for now, and I am currently living with my parents. It's been more than a month since Ziana and I moved here."
Talking about her decision to leave Mumbai, Charu revealed that the place was extremely expensive for her. The living costs came up to Rs. 1 lakh to 1.5 lakh, including rent and everything else
"Living in Mumbai is not easy; it costs money. For me, the monthly living cost came up to Rs. 1 lakh -1.5 lakh, including the rent and everything, which was not easy. Furthermore, I would rather not leave Ziana alone with a nanny when I am shooting in Naigaon (Mumbai). It used to get extremely difficult. Moving back home and starting my own thing was completely planned; it wasn't a rushed decision."
Charu started a business to focus on her child and to make money. She revealed that she has been managing it all alone, from getting the stocks to sending packages. Charu also talked about her ex-husband, Rajeev Sen and that she had informed him about her decision over a text message. The actress said:
"He can always come visit his daughter in Bikaner. Before leaving Mumbai, I dropped a text informing him about my plans."
Since Charu is managing her daughter alone, she doesn't want to leave her all day long with nannies. She stated that she wasn't shooting for any big projects, and she couldn't take up daily soaps. Charu added that in Bikaner, she can leave her daughter with her parents. She is also planning to buy her own house in Bikaner. But, currently, she is staying with her parents.
