Sushmita Sen's former sister-in-law, Charu Asopa and Rajeev Sen, were first in the news for their breakup, patch up and then divorce. Recently, Charu has decided to shift to Bikaner, Rajasthan, and this came after a video went viral where she was seen selling sarees and salwar suits to earn a living. Now, in her latest vlog, Charu was seen returning back to Mumbai on a temporary basis with her daughter, Ziana.
Charu caught a flight from Delhi to Mumbai and shared of being in the city temporarily. Charu also opened up about her plans after shifting to Bikaner. Her fans have been concerned about her current financial condition. This was because despite being Sushmita Sen's bhabhi, she was seen selling sarees and salwar kameez. The actress shares that her life is going to change. It is going to be difficult with all the confidence and love she has been given. She shared in her vlog:
"This time jab hum Mumbai jare hai waha se wapas aane ke liye jare hai. Aise dil mei kuch khali khali sa lag raha hai.We have to do this. Abh bhagwan kare jab bhi Mumbai wapas aana ho, toht ab ho jab hamare paas etne paise hoh ki hum ghar khareed sake. Filhal mera motive hai. Ess baar Mumbai se jane ke liye Mumbai jare hai."
Charu, in her latest vlog, further shared that she has not been doing daily soaps as her daughter is young and she cannot afford to leave her and do serials. She shared that she has been in the acting industry for 15-20 years, which has been her passion, and she finds it meditative. She shared owing to different priorities in her life, she is focusing on her shift. In her words:
"Ek time ke liye kaam important tha but beti se zyada kuch important nai hai. Aapko pata hai Mumbai kitna expensive hai aur agar yaha rehkar mei daily soaps nai kar rahi hu mujhe aur koi reason nazar nai aara. Mumbai mei kitne kharche hai. Yaha rehkar paise waste kar rahi hu. Woh paise ghar mei ghar ke EMI deti hu toh ek ghar mera ho sakta hai. Yaha rehkar mei sirf zindagi bhar rent bharungi aise chaltaraha. Yeh sab sochkar mei Bikaner jari hu. Mei acting nai chodh rahi. Waha pe apna ek ghar lungi, property lungi."
Charu also revealed that living in Mumbai is not easy as it ‘costs money’. For her, the monthly living cost came up to Rs 1 lakh -1.5 lakh, including the rent and everything, which was not easy. Furthermore, she would rather not leave Ziana alone with a nanny when she is shooting as things get difficult. Charu, earlier in an interview with the Hindustan Times shared that when one starts something new, everyone struggles. What’s different in her case? She is doing everything on her own, from taking orders to sending packages to getting stock.
What do you think of Charu Asopa's plans in Bikaner and on Mumbai being expensive?
