The one healthcare tip Charu Asopa swears by for her daughter is a complete and proper sleep cycle. Sharing her opinion on it, the newbie mommy mentioned:
"I think bacche ki neend puri hona bahut zaroori hai. Agar koi baccha acche se so raha hai toh woh acche se khayega. Toh mujhe aise lagta hai ki bacche ki neend acche puri honi chahiye. (A child will eat better if he or she sleeps properly. As per my opinion, I think a child needs proper rest and a complete sleep cycle)."
On this Mother's day, the six-month-old mommy, Charu Asopa gave a special tip to all the newbie mothers out there. She said that medicine should not be the first answer to your baby's crying. She mentioned:
"If your baby is feeling some kind of discomfort, then try to find what's bothering your child and try to distract the little one with something else. Immediately you should not put your baby under medication. Bacche ka dhyan divert kardo toh bahut kuch solve ho jati hai. Agar kuch major ho toh dawai dena padhta hai otherwise ghumake you can divert your baby's attention from the discomfort."
Concluding the interview, Charu Asopa answered to all her fans and said she is returning to television real soon. After being with Ziana for six months, she got the confidence that now she can return to the sets and be a working mommy. In her words:
"Abhi thoda confidence aa gaya hai ki main usko sambhal sakti hu shoot ke sath sath. Usko aapne sets pe le jaa sakti hu aur ghar mein bhi kaafi log hai uska dhyan rakhne ke liye toh kuch main shoots ke liye nikaal sakti hu. Usko bass ek cheez hai usko aas pass mummy dikhni chahiye toh she will be alright. (Now I have gained the confidence to do shoots along with Ziana. I can now take her to the shoots, I have a lot of people at home who can take good care of my daughter. So I think I can take out some time for my shoots)."
