Charu Asopa and Rajeev Sen are on cloud nine as they are making most of their parenthood phase. It was in May 2021 when Charu Asopa had announced the news of expecting her first child with hubby, Rajeev Sen. Post their pregnancy announcement, both Rajeev and Charu had been sharing adorable glimpses from their pregnancy diary. From her pregnancy cravings to the baby shower, Charu and Rajeev documented every tiny happiness of their nine-month journey.
On November 1, 2021, Charu Asopa and Rajeev Sen had welcomed their first child, a baby girl, into their lives. On his IG handle, Rajeev had announced the news of becoming a father for the first time by sharing the pictures from the hospital room. In the pictures, Charu and Rajeev could be seen cherishing the moment of holding their little one for the first time. Sharing the pictures, Rajeev had written:
"Blessed with a baby girl Charu is doing fine & fit... So proud of my wife for being strong right till the end... Thank you all for your prayers... Thank you God."

A few moments back, Charu Asopa and her husband, Rajeev Sen, went LIVE on their YouTube channel and revealed the beautiful name of their daughter. They have named her Ziana Sen, and her name means brave and bold. They also shared that the name was suggested to them by Rajeev's sister, Sushmita Sen's daughter, Alisah Sen. In the LIVE session, Charu looked like a doll in her ethnic attire as she wore a saree with heavy jewellery. On the other hand, Rajeev can be seen wearing a kurta-pyjama.
On November 3, 2021, Rajeev had taken to his Instagram handle and had shared an IG story from the hospital room. In the photo, we could see Rajeev's father, Shubeer Sen, holding his granddaughter in his arms while Charu was adorably looking at them in the background. Atop it, Rajeev had written:
"Proud grandfather."

After Rajeev Sen had announced the birth of his daughter, his sister, Sushmita Sen, had taken to her Instagram handle to share a happy picture from the hospital. She was seen wearing a blue coordinate set, a face mask, and a headcover in the photo. Alongside it, Sushmita had bared her heart out on meeting her niece. She had written:
"Lakshmi arrives just before Diwali!! IT'S A GIRL! Congratulations @asopacharu & @rajeevsen9 …what a beauty she is!"
Expressing her joy of becoming a bua, and being able to witness Charu’s delivery and a baby’s birth, Sushmita had added:
"Became a bua this morning. Not allowed to share baby pictures yet, so sharing mine from just before Charu delivered our little Angel. I was blessed to witness it. Thank you Doctor @rishmapai for making this such a beautiful & peaceful experience!! You're just the BEST. CONGRATULATIONS to Asopa & Sen family, 3 grandchildren, all girls!"
