Indian television actress, Charu Asopa got her Mr Right when she got married to Rajeev Sen, the younger brother of Miss Universe, Sushmita Sen. Their marriage was truly a fairy-tale affair. The duo had a destination wedding in Goa on June 16, 2019, as per both Rajasthani and Bengali rituals. Since then, the very much-in-love couple could be seen bombarding their respective Instagram handles with lovely pictures of their mini-vacations in Thailand and Darjeeling and later of their European honeymoon.

And the first time when you come back to your parents’ place after marriage is always a special one. Charu Asopa Sen, who visited her parents for the first time after her marriage had experienced a similar one. A surprise was waiting for her. She was welcomed by her mother with a garland and aarti. Charu, who is head over heels in love with Rajeev had revealed how they met for the first time and fell in love with each other. In an interview with the Bombay Times, she had shared, "After our first meeting, we had decided to catch up again over coffee, but I left for my hometown, Bikaner. I was on a much-needed break after my show, Jiji Maa, ended. In fact, I hadn’t decided when to return. However, as luck would have it, I was offered KarnSangini and had to report on the set the very next day. I texted Rajeev from the set and told him that we could meet for coffee. I had assumed that the meeting would end in half an hour. However, we went on talking for hours until I told him that I had to leave as I had an early call time the next day. We started chatting, spending time together and the rest, as they say, is history. Recently, the two shared some very romantic pictures of their mini-honeymoon. Rajeev and Charu had headed off to Koh Lanta, Thailand and had posted dreamy pictures from their mini honeymoon. The lovebirds were seen relaxing and spending some quality time with each other. They raised quite a few eyebrows when they had posted an intimate lip-lock picture in the pool.

While Charu Asopa Sen is busy with her wifely duties, she had shared an interesting insight into their relationship. She had said, “Both of us are looking at a relationship for keeps. The best aspect of our relationship is that we are transparent. We know about each other’s past and have never felt the need to hide anything from each other.”
'Raja Ki Bittu' as the two are lovingly known as are truly made for each other. In an interview, She had revealed the one thing she adores about Rajeev, she had revealed, "Rajeev is good-looking and honest. He is more romantic among the two of us. Also, he pampers me and takes care of me.
