Chhavi Mittal was diagnosed with one of the most deadliest diseases of all time- cancer. However, she bravely fought against it without losing hope and is still undergoing several treatments. During her struggle, her doting husband, Mohit Hussein and their kids, Areeza and Arham have been her strongest support system. But as the deadliest disease also has some complicated repercussions on the body, Chhavi is also dealing with some of them. At times, she is also getting frustrated, which is quite natural.
Taking to her IG handle, on October 4, 2023, Chhavi Mittal shared a video to update her fans on her current health condition. In the video, the actress seemed to be seated inside a car while she can be heard revealing certain inputs from her latest visit to a doctor. She mentioned how the doctor informed her that she once again got a stress fracture in her foot. However, the inspirational lady mentioned that it was the third fracture she got within a couple of months. She revealed:
"Okay so I came from the doctor and again I have a fracture. It is so annoying. Do mahine pehele mujhe foot fracture huya tha, this is the third time I have fractured my foot and he is saying it is a stress fracture. Basically means my bones are getting so weak that my feet cannot take my own body weight , jo hona nhi chahiye because I'm not overweight. It's just very very frustrating."

Further, in the same video, Chhavi was seen getting extremely frustrated while talking about her condition. Thus, sharing the video, she mentioned in the caption that this is a ripple effect of cancer. However, she is not losing hope and is fighting with her full strength. Her caption can be read as:
"Thank you for the wishes pouring in for my health issues. This is a ripple effect of the cancer. Everyday is a learning and I’m learning a lot of new things about my post-cancer life and the effect the treatment is having on my body. This vlog took a lot of courage. Watch to know what’s going on. #postcancer #postcancerlife."

Earlier, on July 26, 2023, Chhavi Mittal had taken to her IG handle and shared a picture of herself amid her breast cancer treatment. She wore a green off-shoulder bikini in the picture and teamed it with braided hairdo and simple makeup. Along with it, she penned a long note and talked about certain hormonal changes in her body. She also mentioned how her breast cancer treatment put her at risk of having spinal fractures and penned:
"The breast cancer led to the treatment, a major part of which is tamoxifen which I have to take everyday for 10 yrs (9 more to go). The tamoxifen leads to hormonal changes and what not, which is causing Bone Mineral Density loss. The BMD loss is causing un-called-for fractures (like the one I had in my foot) and also positioning me as an Osteopenia patient, putting me at a high risk for spinal fractures."

In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Chhavi shared how her fast recovery fueled people's thoughts, and they have trolled her for not understanding the seriousness of the disease. However, the actress mentioned that it was only she, who was diagnosed with cancer in April 2022, and had to fight with it. Thus, slamming those who trolled her as she posted on National Cancer Survivor Day(June 4, 2023). For the unversed, on National Cancer Survivor Day, Chhavi shared a video of herself doing an intense workout on her IG handle. Further, Chhavi also reacted to the trolls but never forgot to smile, which made her recovery journey easier.
We hope Chhavi gets all the strength to fight the ripple effects of the deadliest disease.
