Prabhas is a massive superstar in the South Indian film industry and has a massive fan following in the country. On the other hand, Diljit Dosanjh is a popular singer-turned-actor in the Hindi and Punjabi film Industry. The two icons were recently seen sharing the screen space in the film, Kalki 2898 AD's song, Bhairava Anthem. The film's choreographer, Pony Verma, recently shared her experience working with them in an interview with Bollyywood Now.
Prabhas and Diljit were seen in a 'turban' look for the song. Pony Verma, who has choreographed songs in films like The Dirty Picture and Tiger Zinda Hai was keen to create that look. However, the producers and Prabhas weren't sure if the look would suit the film's tone. In her words:
"I thought he will look amazing as a sardar. I told my producers about it but they were like this is the promotion of Kalki, why are you making him a sardar? They said this does not go with our film so I said this will be like a cherry on the cake when they walk as sardars with a swagger."

Pony Verma shared that she was excited to work with the two icons of the entertainment world. At the same time, the two actors were delighted and excited over the idea of working together on a song. However, she was concerned about ensuring that their fans don't get disappointed with the song. She was quoted as saying:
"Diljit was thinking that Prabhas is a big superstar so he must not get suppressed. Prabhas shouldn't feel like Diljit has more lyrics so he is getting surpassed. I just told Diljit that you have come here like a king and I will see to it that you look like a king. Prabhas has a huge fan following and he is a big star so if we do something that goes against his image, his fans will make my life difficult."
Prabhas and Diljit are two stalwarts of Indian Cinema. Diljit is admired in the North, while Prabhas holds high regard in the Southern part of the country. So, Pony felt it was her 'biggest challenge' to bring a balance between the North and South audiences. She said:
"North shouldn't feel like they are given more importance and South shouldn't feel like they are given more importance, both should look at par. That was the biggest challenge for me."
