 With the post going viral online, sleuths tried to connect the dots. They came to the conclusion that, given the birth of his daughter, Alma Evans, coincided with the timeline mentioned, the actor having an affair must be Chris Evans. He also kind of fits the 'clean-cut hero' definition. Amid this, netizens then pulled up older photos of Chris and his best friend, Tara. Without any evidence, Chris Evans has been accused of infidelity and, unwittingly, his best friend has also been pulled into this drama.

Chris Evans and Tara Testa have been best friends since childhood. A claim that is substantiated by both photographs and Chris' own statements. From children to teens, and even after the actor received immense fame, Tara and his photos together chronicle a longstanding friendship. Chris even mentioned her in an interview in 2011.
