Christina Haack To Pay Hefty Settlement Of USD 440,000 To Josh Hall After Finalising Divorce

Flip or Flop star, Christina Haack and her third husband, Josh Hall, have finalised their divorce after a year of proceedings. The legal split was hammered by a judge on August 26, 2025, bringing an end to their two-year marriage. The couple's contentious separation has been making headlines, due to its public nature and also due to Christina's significant payments to her ex. Josh received homes, cars and more, as a divorce settlement.

According to an E! News report on the finalised divorce settlement between Christina Haack and Josh Hall, the latter received a hefty sum from his ex-wife. She paid him a total of USD 440,000 as part of the divorce settlement. To break it down, Josh's attorney's fees cost USD 40,000, and the remaining amount included equalisation and property costs. The businessman received a one-time equalisation payment of USD 300,000 on May 6, 2025, following the proceeds from the sale of their Nashville property. Josh will also not have to repay the USD 100,000 that Christina gave him in September 2024 as part of the divorce proceedings.

Christina will keep the properties in Newport Beach, California, and Franklin, Tennessee, as reported by US Weekly. Her ex-husband, Josh, will retain his personal property (a home and a condo) in Thompson's Station, Tennessee. The 44-year-old will also receive rights to a California property, along with its furniture and several cars, including a Honda Motorcycle, a 1970 Chevelle, a DeLorean from the 1980s and a 1940s Dodge. Christina had to return a Bentley to Josh, while keeping a Polaris Razor and two GMC Yukons for herself. Both Christiana and Josh will have the exclusive ownership of their respective businesses and bank accounts.

Josh requested spousal support during the initial proceedings of his divorce with the 42-year-old American TV personality. However, ultimately, both parties gave up their rights to receive it. Additionally, the ex-spouses did not sign a prenuptial agreement. The Flip or Flop fame expressed regret about not signing it, alleging that Josh wanted to retire off her, and had requested a multi-million dollar settlement. Josh denied those claims, and after the divorce was finalised, he posted on Instagram, accusing Christina of seeking constant public validation.

Josh filed for divorce in July 2024, and the case was settled on August 25, 2025. She even accused him of stealing her money, and he threw shade at her on social media. On August 28, 2025, after the news of the finalisation of their divorce, Josh took to Instagram to share a post, whose caption can be read as:

"Excited to spend Labor Day weekend in the real reality... Finally, legally divorced and a free man. I've always worked hard, kept what's mine, and declined hand outs, and I'm keeping it that way. Lesson learned: don't marry someone who needs constant public validation and will use your personal drama for attention."
