In that same interview, the two joked about 'their first date.' She revealed that they wanted to give people something to talk about. Christine revealed that she and King finally had their first date.

The actress revealed that they finally glammed up and weren't for the date. She recalled it as 'chic' and shared that they sat at the bar and drank martinis. She added how they were suddenly talking about their grandmothers and their influence on their lives. Christine had a laugh while sharing the details of their alleged date and stated:

"Our first date—let’s give them something to talk about. We actually got dressed up and finally had dinner. I remember we went to this chic, French-y watering hole. We sat at the bar, ordered our martinis, and suddenly we were talking about our grandmothers who deeply affected and influenced our lives. I think that’s where we profoundly bonded."
