As the actor turned 62 on September 26, 2024, we stumbled upon an unseen throwback video of Chunky celebrating his 26th birthday. In the video, Chunky looked dapper in a black suit, white shirt, and black bow tie. Many A-listed celebrities of the 80s, like Sunny Deol, Kimi Katkar, Sangeeta Bijlani, Rekha, Danny Denzongpa, Sachin Pilgaonkar, and others graced Chunky’s birthday bash.

During the show, Farah shocked everyone after she opened up about having a crush in the past. The ace filmmaker and producer shared that during the 1990s, she had a massive crush on Ananya's father and further admitted that she had even befriended Bhavana Panday so that she could work with Chunky.
In one of the episodes of the celebrity talk show, Koffee With Karan 7, Bhavana Pandey graced the couch along with Maheep Kapoor and Gauri Khan. During the course of the show, Bhavana Pandey opened up about the kind of person, Chunky Panday was before they got married. Reflecting on his Casanova image, Bhavana had admitted that her husband was referred to as a 'revolving door' as one girl used to leave from one door and another one would enter from the other.
In an interview with Lehren, Chunky shared how Bhavana's arrival completely changed his life. He added she grounded him, and he immediately knew that Bhavana was the ‘one’ for him. In his words:
“Bhavana was a good lion tamer and a good circus master. I was a casanova for too long. I got married at 35. I think everybody should go through their life and make their own mistakes. Bhavana was one girl… When I met her, within one week, I knew I was going to marry this girl. I don’t know why. I have never felt like that with anyone. Maybe, it’s also about the time.”
