Disha Vakani, or Dayaben from Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, as we know her, took her wedding vows with Mayur Pandya, a chartered accountant living in Mumbai, on November 24, 2015. She was also a part of hit movies like Jodhaa Akbar and Devdas.
Disha Vakani kept the wedding low-profile with only relatives and close friends attending it. The preparations for this big day started many days back. The couple's friends, relatives and many celebrities were invited to the reception, which was organised on November 26, 2015, at the Sun-N-Sand hotel, Juhu, Mumbai. Photos of the marriage flooded on Instagram when the actress posted them after all the ceremonies.

The wedding ceremony was organised at a banquet hall in Mumbai. The entrance of the wedding venue was adorned with white and red-coloured flowers.
The wedding mandap was decorated with hanging bells and real flowers.

The actress wore a beige-coloured silk evening gown for the reception. She chose to wear gems and diamond-studded jewellery and left her hair open and side-swept, which made her look more beautiful. Mayur also looked handsome in his dark green sherwani.
The entire team of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah including Disha's on-screen husband, Jethalal aka Dilip Joshi, reel-life son, Tappu (Bhavya Joshi) and other celebrities attended the wedding reception.
