Navraj And Ajit Kaur Welcome Baby Girl After 12 Yrs Of Marriage, Daler Mehndi And Hans Raj Adore Her

Their songs have shaped generations and their legacy goes beyond the stage. Recently, the dynamic duo made headlines when they shared a heartwarming photo of meeting their newborn granddaughter.

On November 04, 2025, Navraj Hans took to his Instagram handle to share a beautiful photo of his father and father-in-law, who were adoring Navraj and Ajit’s little princess. For those who don’t know, Navraj Hans and Ajit Kaur have welcomed their first daughter after 12 years of marriage. In the photo, Hans Raj Hans was seen holding the little hands of the newborn princess, while Daler Mehndi was sitting beside the angel. Navraj Hans captioned the photo as:

"Daadu x Naanu collab — the OG blessing drop @hansrajhanshrh ji @thedalermehndiofficial ji #reshamnavrajhans #329."

Even though, Navraj and Ajit recently shared the post of Daler Mehndi and Hans Raj Hans adoring their little angel, the couple welcomed the princess in August 2025. On August 28, 2025, Navraj Hans had shared a photo from the hospital, in which he was gently holding his daughter. His caption can be read as:

"Main papa ban gyaaa. Welcome to the family my darling daughter. Thank you @ajitmehndi for this amazing gift."

Days later, on September 9, 2025, Navraj Hans and his wife shared a joint Instagram post, in which the couple announced the name of their daughter. Navraj revealed that the little angel’s daadu has chosen a name for her, which is 'Resham Navraj Hans'. Along with the name, he penned a sweet note, which could be read as:

"We’re beyond blessed to announce the arrival of our beautiful daughter, Resham Navraj Hans. Our hearts are full of gratitude for the love and support we’ve received, and we can’t wait to watch her grow surrounded by so much affection."

Navraj Hans, the son of singer and politician, Hans Raj Hans, is a Punjabi singer and performer. He is well known for singing hit songs like Vaddi Sharaban, Mile Sur, Chote Chote Peg, Mundiyan, jatt Jaguar, Dil Melt Karda and more. On the other hand, Ajit Kaur Mehndi is the daughter of Daler Mehndi. Unlike celebrity children, Ajit has kept a low public profile and is not known for having a career in singing or acting. According to her Instagram bio, she is a screenwriter. 

Reportedly, Navraj and Ajit tied the knot in November 2013, and their union brought together the famous families of Daler Mehndi and Hans Raj Hans. Since 2013, the couple have beautifully managed their professional and personal lives. And after a long wait of 12 years, the couple has embraced parenthood with Resham.
