The Olympic gold medalist, Neeraj Chopra is in the headlines after his recent appearance on the popular dance reality show, Dance+ 6 broke the TRP charts on September 28, 2021. From showing his gold medal to all the contestants, Remo D'Souza, Raghav Juyal, to revealing the kind of girl he would love to marry in future, it was an episode filled with inspiring and entertaining segments.
Born on December 24, 1997, in the Khandra village, Panipat district, Haryana, Indian Javelin thrower, Neeraj Chopra is the second Indian individual gold medalist. The 23-year-old athlete, Neeraj, had finished the tournament with his best attempt of 87.58m, ahead of Czech Republic's talented duo, Vitezslav Vesely and Jakub Vadlejch.

In the recent episode of the popular dance reality show, Dance+ 6, one of the judges on the show, Punit Pathak, asked the Olympic gold medalist, Neeraj Chopra, about his relationship status. Answering this, the athlete denied it and stated that he's more focused on his career right now. After which, Punit asked Neeraj what kind of girl he would marry in future and urged him to reveal some of the qualities he would surely look for in his future wife. On this, Neeraj said that he would love to marry a girl from a sports background, extremely focused and serious about her career, and is respectful towards his family members.
This isn't the first time Neeraj Chopra spoke about his relationship status. Soon after winning the Olympic gold medal in Tokyo Olympics 2021, in an interview with Times Now, the 23-year-old athlete had said, "Will see later now my focus is on my game. There is no one now. It is great that I am getting so much love. The coming year is important with the Asian Games, World Championships, and then other tournaments leading to the Olympics again. So I want to focus on my game."

There's no denying the fact that Neeraj Chopra is extremely attached to his family and always credit them for all his success and achievements in life. When Neeraj had bagged the gold medal in Tokyo Olympics and was returning to India, in an interview with India Today, his mother, Saroj Bala, had talked about her son's big win. When the doting mother was asked about the preparations she and her family members are doing for Neeraj's welcome, the emotional mother had said that Churma is Neeraj's favourite delicacy, and she is preparing the same for him. Saroj Bala had said, "I am waiting for Neeraj Chopra to return from Tokyo. Churma is his favourite dish, and I will prepare it and feed him."
