The date of the most awaited wedding of the year is out and we are superbly excited to share it with you! As informed by a source to Filmfare, the wedding date of the couple is November 10, 2018! So excited we are!
The source also shared, “The maximum time was taken to decide the date. Both Ranveer and Deepika want everything about their marriage to be perfect. November 10th suited their calendars as well as their parents. The roka was done long back and the wedding date was finalised just few weeks ago.” Grapevine is abuzz that the couple got engaged on Deepika’s birthday in January 2018, during their vacay at Maldives this year (2018).
As per reports, the couple will have a beautiful destination wedding and will host a wedding bash for their friends in the industry, once they are back. DeepVeer will also host a wedding reception in Bangalore, where Deepika’s family is based. The source shared, “The wedding take place in Italy or Bangalore or both, just like Virat and Anushka’s. The family was also toying with the idea of Udaipur palace but that didn’t work out. Preparations are on full swing from both sides. Ladies have begun the wedding shopping. Ranveer is extremely excited about the wedding and is evidently on cloud 9 with both his professional and personal life being on a high”. Speaking of their week-long holiday in Maldives, a source had informed a leading daily sometime back, “They had just returned from their week-long holiday in the Maldives and their respective parents had recently blessed the alliance. It was the perfect moment to celebrate the union and the couple didn’t shy away from the photogs as they left together in Ranveer’s car.”
By the way, will it be a Gurudwara wedding or a Hindu wedding for the couple? The source further shared, “It will be an extremely private, traditional Hindu ceremony with the couple tying the knot in the presence of only close friends and family. As per a Mumbai Mirror report, the couple has finalised on a wedding planner who will make sure that their ‘big-day’ is made super awesome. Another source had informed the tabloid, “Both Ranveer and Deepika are extremely private and do not wish to have a lavish wedding with a long guest list. The ceremony will be away from the media glare, classy and intimate, with only family and close friends in attendance. That’s the plan.” And further concluded by saying, “One of them will definitely be in Mumbai, the venue is being finalised."
